We have introduced a slew of new features, integrations and value-added enhancements to Zoho Inventory in the past month.
1) Zoho Inventory - Amazon CA Integration
2) Zoho Inventory - Zoho Analytics Integration
Integrate Zoho Inventory with Zoho Analytics and generate over 75+ insightful reports and dashboards with your data for informed decision-making. The advanced analytics integration also gives you access to a variety of reporting options such as Charts, Pivot tables, Summary views and Tabular views that you can share with users who are within and outside your organization.
3) Multilevel Approval for Sales Transactions
You can now assign more than one approver to double-check the sales transactions created by your staff members. Doing so ensures that the transactions are thoroughly verified by each appointed personnel before sending it to the intended recipient; leaving little to no room for errors.
To enable multilevel approval: Go to Settings > Preferences > Approval > Click Enable Sales Approval button.
4) Reject and Resubmit Transaction
If the transaction created by your staff is incorrect or missing crucial information, the respective approver can reject the transaction by specifying the reason for rejection. The staff can then refer to this reason to make the necessary changes and resubmit the transaction for approval.
5) Export Option for Marketplace Items
If you have integrated your Zoho Inventory account with online marketplaces, you can export the items linked with the marketplaces separately.
The export file will contain the basic detail of the items along with the sales channel association details.
To export marketplace items: Open Items module > Click the Hamburger icon > Click Export Items option > Choose Marketplace Items as the export module.
6) Self Billed Invoice (UK Edition)
You can now raise self-billed invoices and send them along with your payment to your VAT-registered suppliers.
The tax generated in the self-billed invoices will be the output VAT of the supplier and the input VAT of the self biller.
To do so: Go to Bills > Click the +New drop-down > Click Self-Billed Invoice.
7) View the Tax Summary Table
You have the option to enable the Tax Summary Table on your invoice and sales order templates. This table shows the tax break up on a transaction level and is available currently for the Global edition organizations, AU Tax Registered organizations, VAT registered organizations and GCC tax registered organizations.
To enable this table: Go to Settings > Templates > Invoices/Sales Orders > Edit a template > Open the Total tab> Click the Show Tax Summary Table option.
Try out the new updates and let us know your thoughts about them in the comments.
Cheers,
Lakshmi
