Zoho Marketplace offers 1,000+ extensions to help connect and enhance your Zoho products. Here's a list of the new extensions released in January 2022:

Telephony extensions
Last month we released eight new telephony extensions. These extensions are supported by Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Recruit, Zoho SalesIQ and Bigin. Start making calls from your Zoho products, and receive incoming call pop-ups to get contextual details even before you answer the call. Extensions for Zoho CRM
In addition to the 500+ Zoho CRM extensions, we released eight new extensions for Zoho CRM in January, 2022. These no-code, ready-to-use extensions do not just integrate other apps with Zoho CRM, but also add functionalities to help sales people effortlessly improve their performance.


Calculate the monthly payment and amortization schedule of a mortgage within your Zoho CRM Leads, Contacts, and Deals modules. View amortization schedules in table format, export the amortization schedule as a CSV file, or send it to your customers via email.



BombBomb (Only available for US)
Record and send video messages to your contacts and leads through emails from Zoho CRM. Track all the sent videos and emails without leaving Zoho CRM and also learn about your customer engagement in the summary section.



Quickly add the most important messages as notes to your deals in Zoho CRM. Add your WhatsApp contacts to Zoho CRM with one click, and create new deals as you chat. You can also schedule your next WhatsApp chats and use template messages in your conversations.



Transfer Zoho CRM deals to Zoho Projects either, manually or automatically at specified intervals.  Customize how you want the project to be set up for different types of deals. Save time and effort by converting large volumes of deals to projects with ease.



BulkSMS Messenger for Zoho CRM is a purpose-built and deeply-integrated app that makes it quick and easy to send individual and bulk SMS text messages to your leads and contacts. It includes message templates, reply messages, delivery reports, custom sender IDs, and more.



Automate recurring billing and manage subscriptions from within Zoho CRM. Bridge the gap between subscription details and customer information, and enable your sales teams to interact with customers smoothly without having to switch back and forth between Zoho and Stripe.



WhatsApp Extension (Only available for US)
Send and receive WhatsApp messages to contacts, leads, and accounts modules of Zoho CRM. Track the conversation history in conversational view, configure multiple phone numbers, and more.



Google Analytics Connector is a tool to track the source of leads, accounts, deals, and contacts in Zoho CRM. It helps you understand the true impact of your marketing campaigns and where you should put your money and attention.

Extensions for Zoho Desk
Deliver stellar customer service and win customer loyalty with Zoho Desk. In addition to the 200+ extensions for Zoho Desk, we released five new extensions last month. Connect your favourite business apps with Zoho Desk in a snap without writing a single line of code. 


Create email templates in multiple departments at once. Choose to insert the agent's signature and the default happiness rating link into the template. Set the template as default in the chosen departments and more.



Mortgage Calculator (Only available for US)
Find the monthly payment and amortization schedule of a mortgage from within your Zoho Desk, in the contacts and tickets modules. Get the amortization schedules in a table format. Export the amortization schedule as a CSV file so you can email it to your customers.



eFax Corporate Extension (Only available for US)
Directly send faxes to the customers from Zoho Desk tickets. Attach documents and specific instructions required for the process and and save time processing and coordinating between customers and technicians.



Burst SMS Extension (Only available for US)
The Burst SMS extension for Zoho Desk allows users to send SMS messages from Zoho Desk ticket directly to a customer's mobile number, driving customer acquisition and retention with a new communication channel.



Charm (Only available for US)
The ChARM EHR for Zoho Desk extension is designed to synchronize patient information between ChARM EHR and Zoho Desk. With this integration, patient data can be accessed anytime from tickets in Zoho Desk, and the data can be managed from within the Zoho Desk.

Extensions for Zoho Finance applications
We released five new extensions for the Zoho Finance apps. Give your finance and accounting teams a unified platform and reduce their workload by letting Zoho apps gather all your accounting details.


Add legally binding digital signatures to your business invoices, estimates, credit notes using Zoho Sign. Enable customers to accept and sign estimates via a public link option or client portal. Manage signed invoices and estimates in secure online cloud storage.


HubSpot Sync for


Sync customer information between HubSpot and Zoho Invoice/Books and eliminate manual data entry. Automatically sync both apps and share information when records are created or updated. Choose between one-way and two-way sync options to either sync data from one app to another or back and forth between both. 


Extensions for other Zoho applications
There are now even more extensions to help you improve customer experiences, boost collaboration, break data silos, and improve ROI. 


Sync your contacts in Bigin and Constant Contact. Map fields between both the apps to precisely control what data you sync. You can sync up to 5 lists from Constant Contact with your Bigin account.
