The new year is here and we have kickstarted this year with our all new features for Zoho Invoice. So read on to know what's new in Zoho Invoice this January!
Zoho Invoice now lets you verify and approve the transactions you or the users create. This feature lets your users to create and submit transactions to an approver. Once the approver validates them, the user will be able to send it to customers and record payments. So, you can now eliminate potential risks in your business by enabling Transaction Approval from your settings. You can also choose to receive notifications when transactions are submitted for approval and also when they are approved.

Export Templates
You can now create templates to extract specific data from each module in Zoho Invoice. Sharing data with your colleague? Export all data. Sharing data with the sales team? Export only what's needed. Create templates, edit them and export data. Not using a specific template? Delete them right away by hitting the delete button.

Search for contacts in detail while recording a transaction. Remember only their last name? Search with that. Not just that, but you can search for contacts across integrated apps. Look up for contacts using their Display Name, Company Name, First and Last Name, Email or even their Phone Number. Zoho Invoice can find it for you!
Bulk Email/Print Customer Statements
You can now print or email customer statements in bulk! Select multiple contacts and mail them their statements. You can now select up to 100 contacts and send it to them at once!
