I'm writing to request a new feature for Zobot: integration cards that enable two-way data exchange between Zobot, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Flow.
Current Limitations:
Zobot currently offers integration with external services, but data flow seems to be primarily one-directional and also there is no integration from within zobot to Zoho Creator, and Zoho Flow.
Desired Functionality:
We propose the introduction of Zobot integration cards specifically designed for Zoho Creator and Zoho Flow. These cards would facilitate a two-way communication channel, allowing:
Data from Zobot to Zoho Creator/Flow: Zobot can send relevant user input, chat data, or custom variables to Zoho Creator for record creation or to Zoho Flow for triggering workflows.
Data from Zoho Creator/Flow to Zobot: Zoho Creator and also Zoho Flow can send processed data or custom fields back to Zobot for display to the customer.
Benefits of Two-Way Integration:
Streamlined Workflows: Automating data transfer between Zobot, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Flow creates a seamless process for managing customer interactions and data.
