ZOHO BOOKSの金額とZOHO CRMの商談の総額の連携 をしたい

西尾の個人登録からの投稿です。

ZOHO BOOKSはJAPANのサポートはないのですが便利に使わせていただいています。

 BOOKSをつかうと大変便利なので 商談の総額を更新 しなくなってしまうことが多くなりました。
多くは商談段階から見積書を作成のフェーズになるとBOOKSの見積書を使うため
その後の商談やりとりは BOOKSで変更されていく ことになります。

 すると金額の変更もBOOKS内で進んでいきますので、最終金額が 商談の総額と乖離します
もちろん担当者がその時点で更新すればいいのですが
せっかくのZOHO ONEですから 自動的に両方の金額が揃うのが理想なのです。

 標準の連携機能では同期しなさそうですので
この場合は APIZOHO FLOWか または Zapierで更新すべきかなと思っています。
なにかいい案があるかたヒントでもいただければと思っています

JapanではBOOKSユーザは少ないので英語で事例がないか調べるか質問もしてみようとは思います

 ちなみにFacebookでの英語でユーザサポートもあるのですが
最近ここでメッセンジャーなどに誘導するスパム(というか開発業者?)が横行しているようで、
質問すると直接のやりとりに誘導されます。
ちょっと英語サイトはご注意ください(もちろん優良な方もいるとは思いますが。。。)
