I am super excited that our Telephony widget has finally made its way to the main app, and no longer requires accessing it from 'crmplugins.zoho.com'. Thanks Zoho Developer Team.
On to my questions, first, our telephony widget has been working great for nearly a year now I think, and I am planning to update the Embedded JS SDK version to 1.0 but was wondering if there are any breaking changes I need to be aware of?
Second, I was hoping to start logging the outgoing calls and SMS and was wondering if you could provide an example function using the API exposed in the Embedded JS SDK which could log calls or SMS records to a Lead or Contact? I'm not sure which object would be best to use to update the record, and not sure how a SMS might be recorded alongside a call.
