Project Summary: A means for a salesperson (Zoho CRM user) to schedule appointments (sales calls, sales meeting) through a page on Zoho CRM. Details: The final result is a page on Zoho CRM, accessible through a tab called "Schedule Call/Meeting." The interface is a calendar populated with events from the user's Google Calendar. The CRM user creates events in a Google Calendar-like manner. When an event is created, two things happen: 1) A Zoho CRM Call activity object is created with specified attributes, 2) A Google Calendar event is created with specified attributes. The user should be able to specify invitees, which will be reflected in the Google Calendar event. We will discuss more details upon contact.
