Every business, including yours, models its processes and customer data in its own unique way.
To streamline business processes exhaustively, it requires significant time, technical effort, and expertise from the admin. When business processes become unique and intricate, beyond the capabilities of CRM's automation and process management features, admins usually turn to code-based features such as custom buttons, widgets, etc.
