Zoho CRM WhatsApp - Phone-push messages, Autoresponse and workflow
Good day community and Zoho CRM devs,
I would like to know if the following features can be added to Business Messaging (WhatsApp) feature on Zoho CRM. I constantly find myself frustrated with the lack of notification when getting replies on workflow-sent messages. The little 'bell' is just not sufficient to notify me, especially if I am on the road and not on my PC to check.
Firstly, can you make it possible to receive notifications for received whatsapps on the mobile app, as well as the ability to respond? I am dumbfounded that I am forced to be on my computed-only in order to check my messages, this is how you miss stuff. Your advertising promotes the 'Signals' feature as the holy grail of 'not missing anything', but in all honesty it sucks in terms of notifying me of anything.
Secondly can you make it possible, as is the case with META cloud and third party API providers to send automated responses or use some sort of flow/workflow with received messages. I don't understand why the only option is to 'create a lead' but I cannot define a due date or run any automations whatsoever, I must just hope that I see the new lead in my list HOPEFULLY not hours later. It is not practical to expect this to be a holistic messaging solution, its limited to sending automated messages and hoping they dont reply, incase you might miss it.
Please put this on the dev timeline, the feature is cool but it lacks finesse in so many ways.

Fetching leads from Zoho CRM into Zoho Creator, automatically
