Les CRM sont excellents pour suivre les prospects et gérer les ventes, tandis que les plateformes FSM (Field Service Management) s’occupent de la planification des interventions et de l’envoi des techniciens. Les deux sont essentiels, mais sans une intégration entre CRM et FSM, vous ne voyez qu’une partie de l’image.
