Zoho Desk now integrates with Slack

The Zoho Desk app for Slack gives agents quick access to ticket information from right within Slack, saving your team time and effort.

The integration also lets you configure real-time updates to your agents via Slack. The notifications can cover multiple support events such as closing a ticket, modifying the status of a ticket, receiving a happiness rating and so on. This helps keep your team in the loop at all times.

Moreover, agents get all the context they need to respond to tickets without having to switch tabs!

Here’s what you can do with the app:

Map a department in Zoho Desk to a related channel in Slack to ensure relevant ticket events are posted in their corresponding channels.
Retrieve ticket-related information and other support details using simple slash commands.
Get a daily report of tickets that are pending and resolved every morning and evening.
Personalize your notification and alert preferences.
