ZoHo developer required

Are there any honest and capable ZoHo developers on here? I have been messed around by two very dishonest ZoHo authorized developers whom have taken money up front and after 7 weeks I still have nothing completed. Despite numerous broken promises I still don't have a simple out-bound call center CRM which my staff require. I am slowly becoming disillusioned with the ZoHo developement community.
