Zoho Docs arent sharing

Hello,

I am the admin for a Zoho organization that holds about 65 people on the user list. Before today, when i attempted to share the Zoho doc folder with the organization by using the option, "Share With Organization," it worked perfectly. But today, i have gotten about 15 emails from individuals saying they are no longer able to see the documents that i have shared with them in their "Shared With Me" options. When i try sharing the folder with them individually by emailing them, the file appears in their Shared With Me folder, but only for a few hours. After that few hours are over, the folder goes away. This file that I'm Sharing is really important for my organization.

Do you have any idea what is wrong? Thank you for the help.
