Zoho Forms integrates with Zoho Recruit - Manage applicants and collaborate on hiring

As for all the integrations we've rolled out thus far, we believe in the extent of how they help to manage your data and ease your business. Today, I've come with great news of another such new integration.

Forms make collecting applicants' details, resumes, and cover letters incredibly easy. However, processing the details and hiring the best candidate can be quite an uphill battle, especially when you have many applicants coming in for a job profile. Well not anymore, our integration with Zoho Recruit aims to make this process easier, and we think it will be a valuable time saver for you!

Zoho Recruit is a recruiting application that streamlines your entire hiring process. Its single view of the applicants' data lets you quickly and efficiently process and pick the best candidates.

Let me break this integration down for you.

Log into Zoho forms and create a new form.
Set up an integration with Zoho Recruit and map the applicant details.
Map the resumes and cover letters.

When an applicant completes a form and submits it, their data falls instantly into the chosen module inside Zoho Recruit. Let's say you want to capture basic candidate information along with the resume from a Job Application form. After enabling the integration, as applicants fill out your form, you get to sit back and watch the data automatically populate inside Zoho Recruit!

Intuitive Features

Get the right candidates : Getting spam is never fun. To combat this, you can trigger a workflow inside your form that places all form entries into an approval list rather than directly adding them into Zoho Recruit. Later, you can analyze and approve them.

Manage duplicate entries : When an applicant updates their information in the same form, you can trigger an action to update the data to the already existing record in Zoho Recruit rather than creating a new one.

Perform the right actions : Zoho Recruit also allows you to set up workflows and perform them when an entry gets added. If you wish to enable those for your form entries, you can trigger it from right inside your form.
