Hi,
as a webdesign company we are used to HTML coding emails to ensure they match our company’s visual style.
We also always ensure each encoded HTML email is properly formatted for both desktop and mobile email clients / users.
When we tried to design a simple short responsive email to use as "Payment Thankyou” template, we were halted by the system telling us there is a limit of 10.000 characters in place for these emails??? Why??
Again, we made a short email design, with just a small paragraph of text, ensuring it was both desktop and mobile ready (responsive design) and we were immediately at 23.000 characters!
10.000 characters is really a way way too low limit for the HTML editor to be useable at all.
As a reference: take the code from any simple short email from a professional email campaign service such as Mailchimp and you will see that each and every of their simplest e-mail templates (subscription confirmations, etc…) will always go well beyond that 10.000 character limit!
Is there any possibility to have this limit increased to at least 30.000 characters to ensure we can properly design our emails the way they should and in line with our corporate policies?
Your feedback will be much appreciated.
