This post aims to differentiate between Zoho Marketing Automation and Zoho Campaigns. By the time you get to the end of the post, you will be able to choose a product that objectively suits you.

What is Zoho Marketing Automation?
A multichannel automation solution which helps you shape your business' marketing pipeline. You can create landing pages, forms, and pop-ups, run campaigns on email and SMS with confidence, and automate the customer journey with workflows. The software also has deep measurement and analysis functionality built-in. 

Zoho Marketing Automation, mainly addresses the following needs of a business:
