Here are our Q2 updates for the months April to June 2022

Gallery Functions

We have introduced a few pre-defined functions. Users can quickly start using custom functions to automate certain activities, such as completing milestones or updating project status. Check out our help doc for more gallery functions.

Web Tabs
Web tabs are a convenient way to access web pages or applications that support embed URLs from Zoho Projects. Read more on how to create a web tab and access it from Zoho Projects.

Zoho Sprints Status Sync

The Zoho Projects status can be mapped to an equivalent status in Zoho Sprints. This is available when the Projects portal is integrated with Zoho Sprints.

Webhooks in Blueprint

Users can associate webhooks to blueprints. This can be done in the After Transition stage of the blueprint.

Org Level Issue Reports

Zoho Projects now supports issue reports across all the projects in the portal.

Customize Task Columns

Users can select columns to be displayed in their task custom views.

Threshold for Time Log Reminders

Admins can set a threshold for time log reminders. Users will be sent reminders if their time logs for the day or week fall below this threshold.

Task Dependency in the List View

Predecessor and Successor tasks can now be viewed as columns in the list view. Users can also set dependencies directly from the list view.

Tip 37: Time Log Restriction in Zoho Projects
Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit.
