1) We use Zoho Support as our Help Desk app. We also use Zoho Reports to track the quality of support we are able to offer. Currently, the data is uploaded to Reports manually as .csv. We wanted to automate this so that we have current data in Reports (an hours delay is acceptable). 2) Along with this we also want our customers to be able to track the status of pending cases from our website. This can be done currently except that the files have to be uploaded manually on a daily basis. We wanted to automate this too so that the customer has current information. 3) We want to embed a create new request form in our website so that customers can raise new request without calling in. We have a large number of customers and therefore Portals in Support does not work. The website is www.onsite.co.in
