BIG FAIL in currency for plans makes Zoho Subscriptions totally useless for me.
I am totally blown away that I cannot create plans in US Dollars. We are based in Costa Rica and use Zoho books. Our base currency is the local "Colon", but we invoice all of our customers on a regular basis in Dollars. The exchange rates are all automatically accounted for via a live feed. Now, we are going to start offering English classes throughout Latin America and eventually on a global scale, but now I am told it is not possible to create plans in US Dollars. In my eyes that is a BIG FAIL.

URGENT problem - Zoho Subscriptions charging cancelled subscriptions
We have a serious problem this morning with customers being charged even though their subscription has been cancelled. This is extremely concerning and we have a lot of angry customers. How has this happened and what is Zoho doing to sort the problem and ensure our customers are refunded? Searching from a particular view
It does not seem possible to be able to search records in a particular view. If you change to that view and enter a search term, the results are returned containing records from All Customers. Here is the problem The 13 records below represent one customer. 12 of them are inactive. you cannot get this result and then narrow it to active customers. How to handle 2yr subscription paid up-front in Zoho Subscriptions
Our company offers 2yr subscriptions, with the 2yr subscription fee paid for up-front. The challenge we have with setting this up in Zoho Subscriptions is that, after the first 2yr period, we would like to have the subscription auto-renew annually at the 1yr price. So, as an example: initial subscription is $200 for 2 yrs and then, subsequent subscriptions billed at $150 annually. Is there a hack or workaround to make this happen, by chance?

Changing Subscription - Changing Tax
When changing a customer's subscription, tax can be changed/removed from the plan itself, which is great. Coupon not applying to Startup Fee
I have a product that has a monthly cost of $236.00 and has a startup fee of $395.00. I want to set up a coupon to waive the startup fee but when I apply a coupon of $395.00 it treats the startup fee like a separate line item and just discounts the cost of the product itself ($236.00 since that is the max is can take of the $395.00). Payment Processing issues with Payflow Pro
I have a customer with an active subscription in Zoho that is getting her credit card declined because of address verification. Here's the problem - all references to her address in Zoho are correct. The incorrect address is being pulled from a deactivated profile on recurring billing in PayPal Manager. Using Zoho Subscription API(integration with Zoho Creator) issue with VAT/Tax

This morning (9th Feb 2017) we found that all our calls to create customers using the Zoho Subscriptions API "Create a customer" call started failing, in our call we only provide the 2 required arguments "display_name" & "email", but today we are getting a response of code:4 "Invalid value passed for payment_terms" our calls work again once we provide a value for this argument. In one of the invoice templates I can select FONT - RTL but when I try to save I get error message. This font is available in just one template, in other ones it is gone.
