When I make an edit/change on the calendar and it asks: "Do you want to edit, only this occurrence (or) all occurrences (or) future occurrences?" I answer "future occurrences" It ends up change all previous occurrences as well. Please help!!How can I feature just the events of a specific month when I embed my Zoho Calendar in my website?
When I embed my calendar in the website, it features the whole year events. How can I feature only the events of a specific month in the calendar ? Hi, There are 2 appointements that have more than 100 occurences in my agenda ! - "Rdv tel Jérôme marcault" planned the 2 of august 2019 at 10:00 am - "Appeler Florence Canler-Grimonprez also planned the 2 of august at 02:00 pm They multiplicate themselves. I have already tried to delete all of them but they appear again. I can't anymore consult these days on my computer (I can look at them on the app on my mobile phone)... My embedded public calendar has accumulated quite a few repeating events that were deleted or modified long ago. E.g., for today (June 4, 2018), it shows 5 events, none of which are real. The Zoho plugin simply gives me: "Zoho Business Plugin You seem to have entered an invalid username or password. Please try again." Hi, I'm trying to create a meeting and invite my partners but no invitation was sent after the event was created even though I have added their email addresses in the invitee box. Good morning, The synchronization of the Calendar from Outlook with the ZOHO Outlook Plugin is not working correctly. The problem we have is extreme with existing users on newly configured computers. As you can see in the pictures, the outlook calendar is lacking a lot of appointments. I made a screenshot of the ZOHO calendar so you can see the difference. (from the same user) Also I include the configuration of the outlook plugin. We installed the newest plugin from the Zoho Website and also triedEvent with 2 time zones
How do people handle entering a flight that starts at X:XX in Time Zone 1 and then concludes at Y:YY in Time Zone 2? I have a long trans-Pacific flight where it landed "earlier" than it departed. I couldn't enter it into the calendar as an event. I had to list 2 events: X:XX flight takes off; Y:YY flight lands. But that doesn't block off any time as busy. Hi, I have successfully embedded my Zoho calander on my wordpress site. So what I have done is to go to my calander settings and I have selected 'view only free/busy information' to make sure that event name/details do not display on my site. My primary calendar is a Google calendar. Events that I have been invited to via email automatically get added to my Zoho calendar, but I want them to go on my Google calendar (both calendars use the same Zoho-based email address). Is there a way to move those events to my Google calendar so that all of my events are on the same calendar? Can I disable the Zoho calendar in some way? On a fresh Windows 7 (64bit) install, with fresh Outlook 2016 (64bit) I installed the Outlook plugin (64bit) as described here: https://www.zoho.com/calendar/help/zoho-calendar-outlook-sync.html#MOLK After installation I start the plugin, enter my mail address and the application specific password I generated (since I use two-factor authentication) and press Signin. When I subscribe within Google Calendar to a Private address for my personal Zoho calendar, all of the events show with titles "busy", instead of the event description/title that is visible from within Zoho itself. Hi everybody We use Zoho Mail service at our office with Outlook 2016 configured by POP. We often send Outlook appointment invites each other to keep track of our meetings. Since maybe a week, we receive invites with CURRENT day instead of planned day of the appointment. Example, a colleague created an appointment for next thursday (sept. 28), I received it in my Outlook and got an alert like we were late beacause the date had changed to today sept. 22. If I create an event in Thunderbird-Lightning, it is properly created in the Zoho Calendar except for the reminder. Hi, I am facing some problems in setting up the Zoho Calendar API (https://www.zoho.com/calendar/api/) I am registering the application in my account then calling the authorization URL from my browser to get the Authorization code. I'm having trouble with the google calendar sync. Actually pairing with google and initiating and completing the sync works fine. However, I have a detailed google calendar, and most of it is simply not syncing over for some reason. I'm getting perhaps 3-6 items per week from a calendar that has 20-30 items on it. Hi, I have Zoho Mail app on my android phone. There is calendar tab in app and daily shedule widget. When I open the app everything is fine but after one day I have problem with current date. Today is 26.09.2017 The number on icon is right but the gray circle is on 25.09. Moreover if I click on current day icon it moves to 25.06. Sync button is not helping. There is screen from my phone. My public calendar is empty when I look at it, either weekly or monthly . I can see events in my personal editable view. Firefox (Windows 8) and Chrome (MacOS). In the developer console there's a JavaScript error, suggesting corrupted data. Is there some way I can find and clear it? Hello, Since this morning none of my meetings and events appear in the Zoho Calendar on my computer or on my smartphone. If I share my calendar with specific users my events show up in their "Other Calendars" section. But if I share it with a Group, my events do not show up in any of the Group members' calendar. This appears to be true in both the old and new interfaces. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Hello, I have tried to create a calendar invite via Zoho Calendar (web interface) to send to someone and wish for it to display their timezone on the invite. I created the invite and set the timezone to GMT 1:00 Europe/Brussels then saved it. I received a copy of the invite (and my attendee did too) and it shows MY timezone GMT 2:00 Asia/Jerusalem.
