Switching between Calendars in Zoho mobile apps
I am a Zoho Mail, CRM Plus, Creator and Invoice user. I am very familiar with how everything works. However, I would like to know if there is a way to switch between different calendars in the mobile apps. It seems I can only see the calendar that I last looked at on the Web app and that there is no way to switch to another.
Group Calendar Invites
How do you add an external invitation to an event created in a group calendar? I have users that are subscribed to a group calendar. If a user creates a new event in the calendar view, a drop down box allows the user to select which calendar the event will be added to. In this case the user selects a group calendar. The user can also add the emails of people that she wishes to invite to the event by typing their names in the attendees box. Some of these may be organizational (eg jimsmith@zoho.com)
Outlook 2010 32 bit - Unable to install add-in
Does anyone have any idea how to install the add-in? I have been downloading, installing, uninstalling multiple times but no matter what fixes I try, the Zoho Outlook Plug-in is nowhere to be found in Outlook.
Sync multipul Calenders
Hello I figured out how to sync my personal calendar on my Iphone calendar but the calendar for 2 groups are not showing up? When I do the below. only my personal calendar shows up and I am subscribed to both those groups? To support multiple calendars for your account: Go to Settings page of your Zoho Calendar. Click Sync on the left-side menu bar. Choose CalDAV. Select the Calendar(s) which you wish to sync via CalDAV. Refresh your iCal. any suggestions
problems with the Calender:no possibility to fill in details and to attach documents
Dear everyone, we are using the zoho-calender for almost 4 years now. Recently we can't see "Details"anymore in the Calender. It's not possible to fill in extra information. The framework for filling in extra information is not shown anymore while the system says it's loading. Can anybody tell us how to fix this or is this a bug? Sandra The Netherlands
How can I get zoho calendar to send appointments out in ical form?
I am using chrome on windows 7. I would like the appointments I create on my calendar to be sent to attendees in ical format is that possible? It would be preferable to have the format configurable for each person separately.

Calendar days and dates are incorrect
Our Zoho Calendar days and dates are incorrect. For instance, I have reoccurring monthly calls on Wednesdays and although it is marked as Wednesdays in the event, it is showing up on Thursdays on the calendar. Also today is WEDNESDAY July 27, 2016 and the Zoho calendar is saying it is THURSDAY July 27, 2016. PLEASE HELP so that our office can get back on track!
calendar - do not display closed tasks

Remainders in iPhone native App and Zoho Tasks
I am using Zoho mail as an exchange account what is perfect to me. I can sync mail and calendars with no problem but Reminders do not sync. I mean if I create a new reminder in my iPhone (iOS 8.0.2) Reminders native App It does not appear in the task section in my mail account. And also if I create a task in my mail account it does not appear in my iPhone native app. What may be the problem? (Sync reminders is enabled in my iphone)
Saturday and Sunday not showing up on monthly display
A couple of days ago, my calendar stopped displaying Saturday and Sunday in the monthly display mode. If I switch to weekly and then back to monthly they show up. If I then move to the next month they disappear again. I have checked my settings and I show the first day of the week to be Sunday and the last day to be Saturday. Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone have the fix? Thanks.

Per https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/calendar/show-as-busy.html some where in the event creation page, there should be a check box to mark the event as free or busy. However, I'm not seeing that anywhere. Am I just missing it, or has it been removed, or maybe I need to do something else to make that option available?

I have set up my zoho mail using exchange on my iPhone and it gives me a reminder list (to do list). I can share my iCloud reminder list using icloud.com or the reminders app on my Mac, but is there anyway I could share my zoho reminders?

What is it supposed to do? When I click it all that seems to happen is it shifts the date relative to the day. I.e. the first of March becomes a Monday instead of a Tuesday, unlike all other calendars which show March 1st to be a Tuesday. I don't understand why anyone would want their calendar to be wrong.
Change Time Zone fro an event
I'm adding some events to my calendar and I need to create them in PST time zone. I'm in EST time but these event are occurring in another time zone so I need to create them in the correct time zone so when I travel they show correctly. How can I do it? Example I have a Dinner with a customer in LasVegas at 6pm on May 10. During event creation I can't change the time zone to PST so it shows in my calendar as 6PM EST. I'm guessing when I get to Las Vegas it will show at 3PM EST which will be confusing.

When I click the share feature on my calendar, it doesn't bring up anything that would allow me to select or type in the e-mail I am trying to share it with. Is this a paid feature? Can I get some help making this work if not?
Zoho CRM calendar sync with iCal
I am having an issue with Zoho CRM sync to my iCal calendar. For events I create, they show up and sync properly with iCal. For events created by other people in my company they don't sync with iCal even though I have accepted the event. Is there a way to see the events I'm attending in iCal?

I am using the trial version of Projects. Our client wants to have Google calendar sync. It seems we either have to have the CRM app or the Mail app, yet I don't see Google sync options in either. I am following instructions from Zoho's own support docs. We have multilple users who all have access to the same calendars. When I put something on the calendar it does not always show to the other users. But when they put something on the same calendar it shows on my side.
