Color added to calendar
Hi - I'm trying to add a color to specific event types (I've added an "event type" as a custom field to all of my events). Does anyone know how to "conditional format" or assign colors to different instances of a dropdown? Also - is Zoho going to add this color-coding feature to its calendar soon? I've seen comments here that are 1-4 years old with no definitive answers. Thanks!
How Do I Get Entries from "Other Calendars" to Appear on My Embedded Calendar Web Page?
Hi, I am new to Zoho & its capabilities. I have a main calendar that is embedded into a web page. This main calendar is subscribed to a couple of holiday calendars & to another Zoho subaccount calendar within my organization. How can all employees add events on the same calendat?
Ok, so we have a receptionist who fields calls from prospective clients looking for apt housing. The receptionist fields the calls and assigned the lead to one of our three leasing agents based on scheduling. The receptionist is able to view, add and edit on our calendars, but when I she creates an appt on her end, when it shows up on my calendar, it is off by an hour. So, we all checked our time zone formats and it there was no problem there, everyone is on the EST, so what else could be the problem?
Events in calendar: Only single line event name possible?
Dear Zoho specialists, I'm new to Zoho calendar, it looks very promising to me (especially in terms of speed). There is, however, one drawback, which keeps me from switching to Zoho: As far as I can see, the names of the events can only be shown with a single line. Am I correct with this? Or is there a setting option I don't know about? Help would be very much appreciated, as I need to squeeze some text into my calendar events. How to stay on one monthly view on calendar.
I'm having a problem when I post something in the month in advance that it always returns me to the current month. Is there any way to prevent this? I am in a monthly view and when I post something or want to delete something off a month in advance it always takes me back to the current month. I find this extremely frustrating and time consuming. Also when you go back to the current month you cant skip to the next month after making changes to that month. Any information on how to correct this
iPad Full integration
IPad seems to be the major tablet used for many business users. It is great that you have a mobile app for the iPad however there are a number of short comings which you should seriously address. Proper sync between CRM calendar and iPad iCloud calendar. Keyboard shortcuts not working
Hello, I just opened a Zoho Calendar account and have been setting up my preferences. The keyboard shortcuts don't seem to be working. Using 'D' or 'M' for example to change views does not do anything. The 'ALT + N' shortcut to create a new event has worked a couple times but it is not consistent. Can anyone please help or shed some light on why this might be?
Duplicate Events from Sync with Outlook
I synced my Outlook with Zoho Mail Suite Calendar and now I have 2 or 3 listings of each event in Zoho Calendar. Reading through other posts there appears to be a way to search for events with an "*" and mass delete them, but when I put in an * and press enter nothing happens. Embed Zoho Calendar
I came to ZOHO from Google because in order to embed a Google calendar into my site I have to make it public. Calendar should be accessible from Zoho CRM, Why do we have to open a separate tab for Calendar???
Hi, Our company uses Zoho CRM and Calendar. I have always wondered why the calendar was not accessible at the top of the CRM with the other buttons. Currently in the CRM we see these buttons: Home Pulse Leads Accounts Contacts Opportunity Email Reports Activities Campaigns More..... Even when you select More, there is not link to Calendar. Alphabetical order on events
Hello, guys! I wonder if we could put in the order we want the events in each day at Zoho. There could be, for instance, an option for alphabetical order, or some that the user him/herself would choose by selecting the event and dragging it to the place s/he wants it to be. Only one event visible per day in embedded view
Hi, I embedded a ZOHO calendar in my site, using embedded view nr 7 'upcoming events'. When there are two events in one day, only the first event is visible. The second event doesn't show up in the list. Is there something I can do about this? Thanks! Happy new year bart
View individual crm user calendars in zoho cal
So in my business we use events to schedule the delivery of services and assign them to technicians (crm users). In any given week we can have 200 events scheduled and on any given day we may have to massively reorganize and redistribute the workload. Add invitation to my calendar
Hi, I've just send out a group meeting invitation. One of the attendees is myself with another email address. This email is hosted on a MS Exchange server. I cant find a button to add the appointment to my Exchange calendar. Is there anything I need to adjust. If I cant find it may be others can't see this... Many thanks, Oliver

I've been using my email through hotmail, recently they made an update or a change to their system preventing emails being sync'd with outlook. since then i've switched to using zoho mail, calendar and contacts. Not sure if this was the best way forward, as now i cannot access or create calendar events/appointments etc. without using zoho through a web browser which in my opinion would be great when you don't have access to your ipad, work computer, laptop - you get the idea. so i synced my outlook
Cannot Delete or Edit events
Greetings. I am editing our calendar for the year ahead and am not able to edit or delete events. I've tried to do so via the pop-up box and agenda and no options to edit or delete appear. I can only view the event, but not make changes. I am the main user on the account and this is the first time this has happened. Thanks for any help you can give. NON Google Calendar syncing apps
I hate using Google as the base of EVERYTHING. I have now spent at LEAST 20 hours trying to figure out what app I can use so that my Zoho calendar will be synced on my android device. Is this service working properly? Maybe I am missing something but the sync does not appear to be happening. My account is authenticated, I have followed all the initial steps. Attached is the image that stays on my screen when I try to "Sync" the two. Also, as soon as I hit sync in the lower corner it says "error" of some sort.
Increasing font size in the "Day", "Week", "Work" and "Month" calendar views?
I have searched in the forums and on-line help but do not see anything about this. I would like to increase the font size of the calendar entries in the "Day", "Week", "Work" and "Month" views in the calendar. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance for your help.
Calendar is reminding me of events
Greetings, I set Zoho calendar up months ago and it was working fine. Now I am not getting reminders. Did something change? I reviewed each event set-up and it looks correct. It makes me wonder if Zoho has "dropped" me because I use the calendar for free? Thank you.
Allow attendees to edit the calendar?
Can I allow the attendees of an event to edit the calendar? Sometimes people cannot attend on a certain date. Could that person modify or create another event? I want to find a way where people can sort themselves out. Is this possible or do I have to give each person my username and password? Difference between Contact and Calendars and the CRM Contacts and Calendars ?
I am confused regarding 2 sets of Calandars and Contacts. Are the ones listed in the applications sidebar for personal use and the CRM for Business??? They do not appear to interactive or linked.
Help please embedding a calendar
I am new to Zoho Calendar and trying to get it to properly display a created calendar in a website. I've read the documentation and created a calendar with 4 different calendars contained. It displays properly when the embedding code is displayed and I select PREVIEW - see image 1. However, once the embed code is copied and pasted into a page and uploaded, it will not display any of the other calendars (even though all are highlighted) - see image 2. Appointments show up on project calendar but do not show up on consolidated calendar
Have tried many alternatives but could not find a pattern. Today I have entered two similar calendar entries on the same project. One of them migrated to General Agenda and the second one did not. I've read many posts and I'm aware of the limitations between syncing google and zoho calendars. I thought of a way around it by (I thought) by adding an application from my dashboard of google.com. Not only will this not work. Even if I add yahoo.com and try to navigate to google.com FROM google.com I cannot pull up very many google pages. It's almost as if you have things locked down because there is google integration possible- is that so? I have other applications brought in like basecamp

Zoho Calendard Synchronization with Zoho CRM
Hi, I am an enterprise user of Zoho CRM. I just tried using the Zoho Calendar, but I could not integrate it with my Zoho CRM. I followed the user guide and subscribed to Zoho CRM. But none of the events or tasks from my CRM showed up on my Zoho Calendar. I tried doing it the other way i.e. created an event in the Zoho Calendar and marked it as a CRM event and it showed up as a CRM task in my Zoho CRM account. However, when I edited (and deleted) the task, the changes did not get updated in Zoho Calendar.
I can't see events that are changed by my friend
I created a calendar with one other friend.. WHen I add events we can both see them BUT when she adds events I can't see them. I checked the settings in the calendar I set up and it says that she should be able to edit and change/add events.. help! :) Thanks. Sharon
