Integrating Zoho Creator's Calendar Report with Zoho Calendar as App Calendar

Hello, I would find great if Zoho Calendar could be displayed in a multiweek way. Three weeks would be the best for me. The week view is too large, one cannot see a whole day at a glance. And knowing what's happening the next week is of high importance. The month view is too small. This month for example, six weeks are displayed on the month view. The boxes are then way too small to display enough and one must always click on "+x more". Thanks for the good work, NicolasReminder at start of event

Hi, I've recently discovered Zoho and I'm really impressed. I run a small business and your facilities are great! There is one feature in Google Calendar which would be extremely useful here: the daily agenda email. Currently in Google Calendar, you can receive an email summary of your day's agenda at 05:00AM, which is not useful to many people. For me, it would be much more useful to receive it the night before, for example. In the calendar setup we can select our 'work hours' which are displayed on screen. However, when a calendar is printed this information is ignored, and the hours are printed from 12am - which creates a lot of wasted space which could otherwise be used for spacing out the valuable hours. Zoho Docs and Zoho Campaigns have been well worth the investment so far. I'm looking into replacing our existing website calendar with Zoho Calendars. The Request for Appointment process would be very useful for our members to submit calendar entries for approval. However, it is missing a lot of detail which removes it as an option for now. At this time I can only get this to sync every 6 hours. That makes the information on Zoho inaccurate most of the time. Please give us the option to sync in much shorter intervals. I'd like to propose a sticky setting for the method of notification while creating a new event (i.e. e-mail vs pop-up). I most often prefer pop-up notifications, but the default is e-mail so I find myself having to change the setting for every event I create. If the notification method were sticky and remembered the user's last preference, that would provide convenience for users no matter which method they more commonly prefer. Hi, I am using Zoho calendar. I find the reminder feature quite useful. But is there any possibility that I can configure a wish mail also for an event? There could be, for instance, an option for alphabetical order, or some that the user him/herself would choose by selecting the event and dragging it to the place s/he wants it to be. I have a customer who is looking to develop a self service platform which one of the most important offerings is a calendar which would enable a user to distribute important dates across personnel in different countries. Each countries dates would be slightly different based on specific government and other factors. Hi, On my android phone I use my zoho calendar by sharing it with the google calendar. This worked for a while but since some time events don't come through anymore, which is very annoying. Many users report about simular problems on google fora, but google cannot solve it or does not give priority to this. Hi there, I love the calendar, and I enter a lot of items which extend over several days, so they appear in the top row. The problem is, only 5 itemas can be shown at the same time. With more than 5 items, you get a scroll bar at the right side, which is not bad, but very easily overlookable. And there is no note that items are not displayed (in contrast to the montly view, where you get the warning e.g. "+2 more items" My suggestions would be: 1) add a little warning message, like in the monthlyDay week begins can't be changed in the small view calendar

It is very slow if I want to look at a calendar for a different month. If, say, I want to look at May 2013 I have to click the right double arrow 12 times (and wait for it to refresh each time) This seems to be un-necessarily clunky. But G-Cal does not refresh the feed in a timely way. I'm guessing if the Creator and Calendar teams unite on this, they could get a live subscription (via Creator's ical url) to feed ZOHO Calendar. Hi there, We have a spreadsheet that sets up fixtures (schedules) for a number of sports teams. Fixtures are added, deleted and changed fairly often. One spreadsheet collects all of the teams fixtures and puts them into chronological order with all of the details necessary for export as a CSV file and import into a Calendar. ('calendar' sheet) However, it would be great to automate the link process!
