We would like to sync our contacts in Zoho Campaigns into our Zoho CRM account. However I can only figure out how to do this in reverse. For example, I see documentation here, but those options don't appear in my account. How do I send automated consent emails?
I’ve been setting up Campaigns for a client (who is on Zoho One) and he deals with lots of clients over the phone. He wants to ask ‘would you like to receive our newsletter?’ and then if they do he’d tick a box in the CRM that would update Campaigns and send the person a confirmation email. That way he could confirm their address and get permission to send to them in Campaigns. He also gets new records adding to the CRM from other sources, such as Zoho Forms, that would also need a consent email

Hi, I set up an A/B campaign - and after testing, scheduled the campaign, I noticed an error in the subject line and had to pause or halt the campaign 'mid-flight' - could not find this, and the only option was to delete the entire campaign to halt the send (it was an emergency). Important Message Pop Up Won't Close
