Social Merge Tags
I have associated my company with Zoho and Facebook/Twitter. One autoresponder I have gives me the option to place the social merge tags in the email but they do not show up when I preview. The second and new email I am working on does not even give me the option to insert the social merge tags. It is also missing many of my custom merge tags. How do I get these back and working properly? Second question. I know how to merge your facebook and twitter but what about Pinterest and Google Plus, etc.
Test Email Contacts
Hello. I have a complicated set of email merges using numerous custom fields / merge tags. Therefore, I want to test every email before sending the campaign. I created a duplicate set of contacts in CRM, except I set the email for every contact to the same test email address. The test emails won't import because they're duplicates. How do you set a goal for a workflow?
I am building out a workflow in Zoho Campaigns, and I would like to learn how to set a workflow "goal" so once that goal is met, the user exits the campaign. Furthermore, I would like the "goal" to be a purchase made through our Stripe account (that we need to link). However, when an admin completes the integration of Shopify in eCommerce, the other admin does not see that integration. Custom redirect URL on confirmation with API subscription
If a user is added via the ListSubscribe API call and then clicks through the confirmation email they receive, they are redirected to a generic thank you page even if a custom URL thank you page is defined for the list's default mailing list. This didn't use to behave this way. In fact, one of our 5 lists still works properly and uses the custom redirect URL while the rest all use the generic Zoho page when subscribing through the API. Has anyone else had this problem? Any idea how to fix it?
