How do I add DLT Template ID in my Zoho SMS campaign?
Hello, I created a sample SMS campaign to try out Zoho Campaigns. My SMS gateway is MSG91. When I ran the campaign, all SMSs were sent to the gateway but failed to deliver. When I checked on MSG91 reports, it threw the error "DLT Template id not found"

Is it possible to create a blacklist? I have some individuals (competitors) that occasionally try to register onto my lists, I'd like to prevent them from doing so. Added email address to existing list - how to resend campaign?
Good morning, I created a mailing list, sent a campaign, and now realized I missed adding an email address. I added it to the mailing list but now I'm not able to resend the campaign to that ONE address - instead it only allows me to send it to the whole list. Now, I did try to exclude the others by selecting the "exclude" area and selecting the titles of the previous campaigns - oddly enough it does remove some email address but it also removes the new one and leaves some of the others on the list
