Adding an email to an unsubscribe link URL
I've spent hours trying to figure out the mail API with no success, and the unsubscribe link options don't seem to include what I want. What I want is simple. I want my unsubscribe link to include the email in the URL, so I can handle my own mailing list
Email Deliverability
My average email open rate since switching over to Zoho Campaigns is under 10%. The previous platform we used (SharpSpring) was consistently in the mid-20s. I've seen past articles in this forum calling out similar issues with low deliverability, but most were from a while ago. Is anyone else currently having this issue? Our SPF and DKIM are authenticated. We got our bounce rate down below 1%. Still no improvement. I'm not sure how much longer I can justify marketing through Campaigns if only

Similar to Mailchimp's "IF / ELSE / ENDIF" functionality, I want to be able to display a sentence with a personalised field only if that merge tag is not empty for the given record. Hi, I just did my first campaign on Zoho . I had a 4% bounce rate. On further review of these email addresses, I wanted to either delete them (people changed jobs) or move them to a different list so that I do not re-send my next newsletter to them. Best way to notify groups on Customers

Hi there, We have a main mailing list set up for all our our subscribers. When someone has donated to our organization, we'd like to exclude them from the list in subsequent emails that make the same donation ask. How do we do this? When I clicked "exclude contacts" on the mail screen it only gives me the option to exclude contacts who we have sent previous campaigns. I need to exclude certain individual contacts. Please advise. Automated Email Workflow based on no responses
I'm trying to set up the following situation. We have inbound leads. I'd like to have an email sent automatically after we (manually) add the lead to Zoho CRM. Then if that email is not responded to, I'd like to automatically send a follow up email in 3 days. And again, if no response, I'd like to send one more email 4 days after that. IF we get a response at any point though, I'd like to automatically stop the workflow.

Then we create another campaign and select the last created template we made. At this point we cannot modify this one anymore, the text cursor never appears so we cannot modify these templates.
