Signup Forms - Background Image Does Not Save
I am editing a popup template (the one with the piggy bank). I customize everything, including the background image. I click "save and proceed." The background image I had just uploaded and saved does not actually carry over to this next stage. Instead, it is just blank. A screenshot is below. Working with the signup forms, I've encountered multiple issues from just a few hours of playing around: - When you edit the signup forms in Zoho everything looks fine in preview, but after embedding the form on my site, some of the changes I've made revert back to the default. Hi, We are synchronizing our leads & contact from the CRM to campaign. We also added a signup form (aith reCaptcha) on our website, si visitor can subscribe to one or multiple newsletter list. We noticed (only lately) that we have a lot of new subscribers in our Zoho Campaigns contacts. They are definitely spam due to the data shown (first and last name are all the same). These new subscribers are not synchronized with the CRM (not even appearing in the Approve list), but Sales Signals mentions them.

How to open a contact for editing from a campaign report?
Isn't there a way to open a contact from a campaign report to edit it? I see a list of those who engaged and spotted a typo in one's name. A logical way would be to click that name to edit it but there is nothing I can find other than leaving the campaign, going to contacts, and searching for that same contact.

Let me apologize in advance in case I'm using the wrong names for Zoho's menus and functions, but I have the Italian version installed. I built a workflow that uses the "click specific link" reminder loop to send users through two different paths, and if the users clicks one of the links in the original e-mail it works properly.
