Hi, I would like to request Zoho enable multiple account handing. The current SSO process is extremely, extremely frustrating as someone who needs regular, frequent access to multiple accounts. I understand Zoho's tagline "One Account. Access All Services" but I don't see why people can't have the option to switch accounts. Google is probably the best example of this. Hi there, I was wondering if Zoho have any plans to create a resource scheduling tool similar to Float? https://www.float.com/ We use Float in our organisation, and have not yet come across an alternative that might work the same way. Just an idea for future consideration. We essentially want to be able to see across the organisation what all of our staff are up to, in a snapshot / calendar schedule view. I've had a Zoho account for several years, but have mainly used Google for email, docs and file storage due to convenience. Due to privacy concerns, I'm now trying to switch to less "big-brother" solutions and Zoho is standing out as a alternative. However, the graphic design of your products is simply appalling. I'm mainly using Zoho Mail (on Mac and Android) and Docs (on Mac), and the user experience could be so much better with a unified design makeover. Hi, It would be much better from a security perspective if you won't show if a username doesn't exist. By confirming that an account does not exist, it is implied that when the message is not shown the account, does exist. This creates opportunities for hackers to brute force and find all possible e-mail-addresses that exist on the Zoho servers. It is unnecessary to show if an account exists or not. Just show a message; unknown e-mail address and/or password like all other main websites do.. forAdd more themes (darker)
Hi, I have found a couple of topics that requested darker or at least different themes. Currently the 6 default themes (in zoho mail) are extremely limited. Not only is a white background much more energy consuming it also is more strainful to the eyes. Even as long as four years ago you already promised that you would look into creating more options. While I'm not a coding expert by far, I do know it is not that difficult to create either some new different themes or create an option to adjust ownUsing tasks
Hi, One thing that frustrates me.... When I'm working a task off the home screen, there doesn't seem to be a way to link to the parent company the task is associated with. I'm having to open the task, then search for the parent company to get their background info, read history etc... and then go back into the task. I think Zoho should make another forum where users can tell them what a good job they do. I personally would like to thank Barath and Wasim for their help as I migrated to Zoho mail servers. I'm impressed with the response time and their patience. As a support guy myself, I know it's important to also see the good stuff! Create that forum so happy customers can let you know! First of all, this is a very neat website and has many cool features. I would like to share two ideas that I thought of. My first idea is to have a page with a quick view to different Zoho products including gadgets from various sites. People could check the news, email, weather, etc, all on one place. Maybe call it Zoho Portal? Second is a customizable bar that would atop each page of Zoho that gives users options to choose which products to favorite. Some Zoho sites such as Forums does not giveWeb-casting app also required.

Zoho is great! I just started using it and the range, depth and functionality of the apps is excellent. BUT I find the lack of a proper overview (like a Desktop or Workspace) really frustrating. The Account login suggests using Mail for an "integrated view" but at the moment I am not even using the Mail application very much. The closest thing is the Dashboard view but again this is tucked away within Mail, where it really does not belong. I'd like to see the Dashboard (Desktop, Workspace, CockpitImplement two-factor signon without using Google, Yahoo or Facebook
One incentive for me to consider using Zoho is that it hasn't been the subject of anyone's misgivings about privacy and data aggregation policies (as far as I know). Hi, I use zoho Invoice and zoho project for some time now and 3 things are really missing . First is the possibility to merge 2 draft invoice before send it to the client. We have few qualified memers in the technical team and only one of us can do all the things. I think you guys really need someone to rewrite your help pages - at least for Zoho Creator. The tutorials that are there usually aren't explained very well. It makes it hard for someone to learn more advanced techniques. If you look in the forums there are certain questions being asked over and over - this is because of a combination of two things 1) the explanation pages aren't as helpful as they could be! 2) Some people don't read the help pages. Hello, I'm looking for something halfway Zoho Calendar and Zoho Notebook. I'd like to have a "calendar" which allows me to browse back in time and make notes.
