Dear Customers, We have planned to upgrade the network infrastructure at our primary data center in the USA on Dec 26th, 2020 from 6:30 PM to 09:30 PM PST. During this upgrade, we will be moving all Zoho services to our secondary data center toHome Screen - remove unused apps.
Hello there! I'd like to ask a simple question. I accidentally clicked on a few apps and then subsequently appeared on my home screen (https://home.zoho.com/home#my). I liked my plain look with only Mail and Docs there. Is there a way to get rid of the unused apps or am I out of luck? For example, I am not going to use Zoho Recruit, I clicked it because I mistook it for referral process in my account settings. Greetings! I'm new to Zoho, and can't find these features. I'm hoping that they are already in ZOHO. Forum for Zoho Contacts. I had to put this under general because I couldn't find a Forum to select for it. Merge Contacts - I'd like to merge some contacts together, such as Ken, Ken LastName, and Ken's email. Remove Duplicate Contacts - after importing from gmail, I seem to have duplicate contacts for every contact. i have created an account through google apps thinking that i can link my exisiting personal account in zoho to this. But i ended up in two zoho accounts which i do not want it. I am the sole user of my zoho account so that keeping a history of everything I do online is not useful to me. I also would rather not have anyone else keeping track of what I do, either. I can see a use for this if I were a sysadmin managing multiple accounts but this is not the case. I have two accounts and need to consolidate. One is associated with my gmail address, on which i started using CRM and have data there. (I'd like to delete this account, but move the CRM data to the second account) The second account is my work account, we host emails with Zoho and use the mail app. Can anyone help with how best to transfer data from the first account to the second? Upon logging into Zoho, we are directed to the Zoho Home page / My Apps page at url home.zoho.com. This page is full of app the apps which we have clicked on from the All Apps button on the bottom. Some of these apps were clicked on too see if they would be beneficial. Some were determined not to be, however, they take up space on My Apps page when I log in which I find very ineffiecent. Hi.. I have an issue.. I want to use the Microsoft Office Plugin but my company uses Automatic Proxy Configuration Scripts to set up Proxies etc for Internet Explorer and Firefox. The company does not tell us the Proxy info as it can change and the Automated Script handles this. I am disappointed in the progress with Activesync and Android devices. For some reason, Zoho is far behind in this area and it's quite frustrating. I have read several times that "Android devices vary by manufacturer" but to be honest, Zoho seems to be the only service I have seen having issues with this compatibility.
