Make Tasks universal across all Zoho Applications/Platforms
I feel it would be good for tasks to be a universal product across all Zoho platforms! Our company currently uses several Zoho products, but it is extremely frustrating that "Tasks" are not universal to all Zoho Platforms. As an example "Zoho Connect" has tasks but they are not the same as tasks in "Zoho Mail" tasks. Zoho Mail Tasks is much more user friendly, has more features and uses. As a company it is frustrating trying to tell users where to assign and use tasks as they would have to login
Feature Request: Time Tracking for board tasks
Hi, It would be great (Even if it will not be fully integrated into zoho projects or finance) to be able to track time on each task. Similar to what is in ClickUp (Which is somewhat similar to some of connect's features). Thanks!

Multiple Boards for each Task
I would like to have one task connected to multiple Boards. Is this an option? Currently, it appears that each task can only have one board. Example: I have a Board for my projects ('Projects Board'). The Sections are each project I am working on. Under each section/project, I use the Tasks feature to list out tasks and ideas for each project. I also have a Board for my weekly task management ('Weekly Tasks Board'), with each week as a Section. Under each section/week, I put my tasks to work on
Introduce templates in Zoho Connects - Manuals
I recently noticed that you were working on revamping Zoho Wiki to become Zoho Learn. I got early access and i found out that you are providing some templates to get started in Manuals. Are you planning to develop a similar set of template of Zoho Connect ? Many thanks Victor M. da Silva
Improve Manual´s interface
It would be great if the interface to create an article in the Manuals have more options to edit (format the article) like the functionalities present in the knowledgebase in Zoho Desk. One important function is to "paste" an image rather than upload a saved image.
Ability to add followers in zoho connect tasks
Hi, In zoho connect there is no way to add a follower to a task . Suppose if i have assigned task to my team member and i want that manager will also get updates about the task then that case there must be a option to add a manager as a follower to that
Will there be a possibility to allow for weekly digest emails (vs. daily)
It would be great if network members had the flexibility to have either daily or weekly email digests. For some in our network, daily email digests would be too frequent, but we don't want people to visit the portal too infrequently.
Make Connect Forums available to Connect GUESTS
I feel it would be a valuable use case to be able to include guests in forums.
Organizing Groups
If there are a ton of groups, it'd be nice to create a folder structure and put the Groups in respective folders so we can have it a bit more tidier look
My Tasks - Section View
Dear Zoho Connect team , The Task Section View is great and effective . But please do it for'' My Task ''area as well , i know it belongs to many boards , but a idea is this : - Section view by Board : Marketing Board, Sale boards .... - Section view by Prioprity ( can do for CRM & Project task in My Task as well ) - My Task view is now boring and ineffective to work with .
Allow files from ZohoConnect to be attached to messages, manuals, etc... in ZohoConnect
Currently if I want to attach a file from ZohoConnect to a message or manual, I have to download it then reup0load it. Make files from ZohoConnect a choice from the cloud picker
Duplicate Tasks or Task Templates
We need to be able to duplicate a Task or create a new Task from Template, including the Checklists. This will save time and allow us to be more accurate when creating repeating Tasks.
View Only Boards
It would be helpful for an admin to be able to designate a board view only. We migrated from Trello to ZohoConnect and there are some uses cases here (https://trello.com/inspiration) like the Employee Manual where we would not want users to be able to edit tasks. We would only want them to be able to view, open/download attachments).
API Function Addition - Add guest user
Connect Team, Thanks for publishing the API! I see that we can add a member via the API, but there is not a documented function to add a guest or a restricted guest to a group. My use case for this, is that I would like to automate the process (via zoho flow webhooks) of creating a new group when I sign a new client, and at the same time, invite them as a guest to that group. Thanks for your consideration of this feature, and your great work!
Duplicating and moving manuals
I'd like to be able to move a manual -- it's in the wrong group and I don't want to recreate it all over again. Likewise, many of my planned manuals have identical chapter/article structures and headings. It would be great to have a "Master" manual template and duplicate it for each project or group. Same for tasks -- this would eliminate a lot of repetition to create new boards.
Email Notifications
Our people are overwhelmed with notifications, but we can't turn them off for compliance reasons. It would be helpful to be able to allow users to digest feed notifications, but still allow task and board notifications to come through as individual email notifications.
Add Web Tabs to Zoho Connect

Task Comment Replies
There is the ability to respond to comments within posts and such, but not so within tasks. This causes a problem when multiple people are commenting on a task, or several comments have been made before someone is able to respond, which then makes it difficult to know what they're responding to.

Zoho Connect | List View For Manuals
Hi Support, Just a feature request for Zoho Connect. It would be great if we could switch the view of our manuals from grid view to list view. This is possible in Zoho Learn currently so we'd like it added to Zoho Connect too (see attached). It makes it much easier to see all the Connect manuals at once if they're in list view. In grid view we have to scroll alot more which is tedious. Thanks, Paul.

It would be great if we could reference another task from within a task. Such functionality would allow showing dependencies or related tasks to the current task.
Provide system admin the ability prevent users from turning off notifications
We are in a heavily regulated industry and we are required to archive and surveil email messages. it is a big plus for us that Zoho pushes notifications to email. However, currently users can turn that off. We would like the admin capability to prevent them from turning notifications off.
Please add ability to see Project Issues (Bugs) to My Tasks view
Would love to see Zoho Project Issues (Bugs) in the My Tasks view. It makes no sense to show Zoho Projects Tasks, but not Issues. We need to see both. Thanks!
Custom Apps of other Zoho products
wondering how users of Zoho Connect are able to best incorporate other zoho products (Creator, Survey, Reports) that already in use.. I did not see a way to pull in other zoho apps in the "Custom Apps" area. We have Creator apps up and running already and where wondering if it was possible to pull these into Zoho Connect?
Saved Filters
Please considering adding the ability to save a filters. At a minimum a filter should be saved during sessions. As an example if I go to All Tasks and apply a filter, if I even click to another area of Connect, the minute I go back to All Tasks the filter
Allow for scheduling of dates and reminders for checklist items
Checklist items are not always done on the same day the task is due. It's imperative to have dates and reminders for these items that are sometimes used as sub-tasks.
"Zoho Connect" users should be able to use "Zoho Creator" apps in the "Custom Apps" section
It seems that Zoho Creator users should be able to easily import/use those apps for the "Connect" users, instead of having to create them from scratch again. Or at least import the setup of an App already created in the "Zoho Creator" module into the "Zoho Connect" module, as they both seem to use the same code structure etc. Also once an App is built inside the "Zoho Connect" module it is not very user friendly in reporting, as it only allows single entry viewing of information. Offline support for the desktop version
Hi, Not sure if this is planned but it would be nice to have offline support for the desktop application. I travel quite a bit and always have issues getting Wifi and mobile signal especially on trains and it would be nice to be able to use connect and have it sync up when the connection is available again. Maybe using a progressive web app ?? Rgds Jon
Sorting of Task Activities?
How about allowing the user to support the Task Activities by Date descending? When there are a lot of activities it would be great to see the recent Activities first.
Zoho Home menu from Connect, help to forums access
Hi: Using Chrome we are unable to access our other Zoho products from Connect. There is no home button as there is with Books etc. Can we have this available for ease of use? It also helps support the teams when they can access the help forums on issue they are having--sending the email from the program is ~ok but there is no trail of the questions asked etc. and i'm sure loads your support team with the same questions if someone could go thru the forums where it guides you on same issues. allow for search on all tags or messages to a single person
It would be great if you could see all tags ever created, and then see all related post. the trending does not show all tags created and if I want to go back and look at an older tag, I don't see an easy way to get access to an old tag that I may not remember the exact tag #tagwithlongnameetc also would be great to see search and see all messages to a single person with portal also would be great if search could look within message content to find a phrase or words
User badges 2019
Can connect users be given badges as simple profile tags? I see there is are several topics for this same idea but they have been waiting for years. Badges and gamification have been added to desk - which is great - but they are a requirement for running an external connect network. Users need to be awarded for contributions and be able to compare with others. Users expect them. They same may be said for an internal network. The goal is to encourage users to contibute to the network and feel rewarded
Develop Zoho Connect to allow business owners to build a business playbook
We are presently trialling Trainual which seems very similar to Zoho Connect with a few additional features such as screen recorder and the ability to build tests to satisfy ourselves that a user has understood content. This would be a very useful feature in Zoho's ecosystem.
Provide ability to limit a forum discussion by invitation either to certain users or groups
We have use case scenarios where we would like to create forum discussions and not have them accessible to everyone in the network. Please provide the capability to have different access levels to a forum discussion: all, group(s), invited individuals, etc... Having everyone have access to all forums makes this feature unusable for us.
