Hello Is there a way to convert a QUOTE to a POTENTIAL? Right now, if one of my salespeople wants to create a QUOTE he would first have to create a POTENTIAL to then select it in the QUOTES page. I don't see the logic here, this should be the other way around: sales rep creates the QUOTE by selecting the products, and converts it to a POTENTIAL once the quote is sent to the customer, so he doesn't have to work twice for the same thing.
