Hi I'm new to zoho. Basically the only reason I've joined is because I want to be able to create simple web pages by creating/uploading a document, then publishing it to the web, (as is possible with Google docs.) I created a merged document through Zoho CRM. In step 3, I selected Merged to New/Distribute/Email to email the merged document. On the Email as Attachment screen, I entered information in the To, Subject and Message fields then selected the "Send a copy to me" checkbox. I clicked Send and received a message at the top of the screen stating the message was sent. I never received a copy of the email so I am not sure if the recipient actually received the email. Was a copy of the message supposed toEdit spreadsheet from tablet.
I created a spreadsheet using Safari on my MacBook. When I open this spreadsheet in Safari on my iPad (or from Chrome on an Android tablet or from the Zoho iPad app), I can only view it. My valid proxy authentication username, when at works, requires I specify the authenticating domain, since my laptop and tablet are not joined to the domain so that I can work from home without a VPN or cached credentials. I'd like my 'web receipts' folder in 'documents' to sync to Zoho docs. But 'web receipts' is a folder specifically from the print pdf pull down menu and has to be within the documents folder. I want that folder to be shared to zoho docs via the sync desktop app. Do I have to use 'alias' because all that does is copy the alias file to the cloud. How would you set this up? Hi a couple of questions if anyone can help. My zoho docs folder on my desktop shows files totalling 16gb, but in the admin folder of zoho docs it shows I am using 49gb of my 50gb limit. My personal folders are shared with 2 more users, but their storage used is minimal. Why am I using so much space? We opened a 'free' account to evaluate Zoho and based on that, we decided to subscribe. My manager needed the subscription invoicing, so took the details and set up a standard service.
