Problem with disappeared Workspaces
We are a long time Zoho Docs customer and used Workspaces extensively. Today out workspaces disappears and we have no way to access them. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Advice how to get Workspaces visible again?Ubuntu Font

HI there , Been a Zoho docs customer for 2 years now. Let me 1st state the problem in simple words and I hope a quick solution. I use zoho docs iframe codes to embed ppts in my website. When I view the PPTS embedded on my site they work fine on a Desktop screen. I am able to scroll through the slides of the PPT using the left & right button of the keyboard. But when I view the Embeded ppts on a mobile device, to scroll through the slides of the ppt, when I swipe left or right (as there are noZoho Plug-in for Office 2016

I upload a powerpoint slide and a pdf version of same file. I share these two files via an email with a link embedded. The email recipient is able to view the pdf file and importantly a link is provided to download the pdf file to the recipent's computer. With the powerpoint slide, no such download link is provided. How can I make this file available to my user for downloading on his/her computer? So, I downloaded Zoho to my cell phone, however, when I look at all of the Docs, Spreads, etc., whatever, there are no folders just all of the files in alphabetical order. What's Up With That? How does Zoho just ignore my folders? They're there for a reason. Hello, I have an application that loads the editor url for the Show remote editor into an iframe. This works pretty well with the exception that I am having trouble playing the presentation. When I click the play button, a new window opens to docs.zoho.com/show/present/<id>/slide/<id> but complains that there is no document at that location. If I open the editor url in its own window, I can use the play the presentation as normal. Is playing a presentation from an iframe not supported? My audience will have a paper version of a powerpoint slide which states "This presentation is available at http://docs.zoho.com/file/uwwu4a66e90a7b89145978af25b1e41c147a8". Is there a new mechanism to generate the Zoho Docs "E-mail-in" address? I have tried in two Zoho accounts, one which is a standard Gmail account, and the other is from a Domain that is connected and used with Zoho Mail, and in either of these accounts I observe that the "E-mail-In" address is displayed in the Zoho Docs setting. Installed desktop zoho writer for linux, chose a Zoho folder in my Dropbox folder. Made sure files in online zoho writer were synced. The thing is, I look in my local PC zoho folder and I see the files but they are all just 160 bytes and seem to be nothing more than url links to the online Zoho writer docs. Is this normal? There seems to be some errors concerning how much file space is used (Zoho Docs 1.5.3 /Linux). My desktop icon says "Used 4.9 GB of your quota". Zoho Docs web page "Storage details" says 3.45 GB used. My local Zoho Docs folder (including all synced folders) is ~0.8 GB (total!!). Deleting files / folders from local folders/web site, including files in the trash folder, does not change the size reported by the icon. Unable to share files with collaborators from zoho docs. When I use the share with "collaborators only" by adding their email address and then pressing share nothing happens. An email is not received and they are not added to a collaborators list. The same issue exists when using the share using a password. Hello, I am also having this issue with my students' accounts. On Friday I had 32 students sign up to zoho however today none of them can access it, it says that their accounts are inactive. Perhaps we are having the problem based on our network? We are in China and I am teaching 12th grade computing. Hi, I had one account created with www.baihui.com, which was the main portal of zoho in China before. Now it's merging/linking with www.zoho.com.cn. When I export my slides to a PDF on my Chromebook, it doesn't do anything at all. When I export my slides to a PPT or ODP, they change their formatting a bit. I have a folder for our organization that is shared out to about 8 users. We have one user that we receive Zoho notifications from for check-ins/check-outs. None of the other user accounts send any notifications. I have shared a file (.mp4) and when someone opens the link (via shared link and password) they only get the option to download the file -- no option to view it -- with the message: "Preview not available" When I share a whole folder with someone (via a shared link and password) they are able to view the .mp4 files. Hi! I'm using Zoho Show integrated in GoogleApps and GoogleDrive. My problem is that I've customized the Master Layout on a Zoho Show (aka Theme?), and I cannot reuse it in any way in another show? I assume that the best way is just to save somehow my custom Master Layout (My custom Theme?) and, when necessary, just create e new Show using my customized Master Layout. But I've not found how to do it? Anyway, I will also like to "duplicate" a Show to create an enhanzed o little bit different show...Next Page
