Cannot open any ZOHO show in chrome, firefox, or safari
I cannot open any ZOHO show in chrome, firefox, or safari. I have not tried any other ZOHO documents. PLEASE HELP!!!Just a respectful question of Zoho pulling plug on OpenOffice
Greetings Zoho crew: I enjoy using Zoho because Google Docs is so inferior in Write features and fidelity, so I respectfully question specifically why Zoho dropped the OpenOffice plug-in yet maintains MS. If it's not a conflict of corporate interests issue but a maintenance/security one, why not allow open-source third-parties to develop and maintain one for Zoho? They are champing at the bit to do so on OOo and Symphony blogs. I hope this issue is mentioned in San Francisco. Thank you for your consideration.Desktop Sync- Appears to hang
I am uploading our network content to soho workspaces. I am using the desktop sync so that the server may remain in sync with the soho workspaces. I have about 500gb of files. this has been running for three days and even after stopping and restarting sync it appears to be hanging. The sync shows validating (folder name) when I restart, and then it shows "synching" bit a I monitor it from soho docs on the web I see no new files added. any thoughts?small caps available inconsistently
Hello! I was interested in making a switch from Google Docs to Zoho primarily because Zoho has the option for small caps - a formatting functionality I need to complete my project. To my consternation small caps was available in a new document, but when I uploaded a .doc to the editor the option disappeared. Does anyone have an inclining why this might be? Good day We are trying to use soho docs for our company document management and we would like to see some key features available from your competitors. We have a set of hared folders. Some of them are shared with all and others by group and others by person. 1) Group sharing should remain dynamic. If we add somebody to a group, they should automatically gain access to the group folders. 2) synching appears to be a challenge. - We need to choose which folders we sync to our local machines. Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Microsoft Office 2010 I installed the Zoho Microsoft Office plugin and I can sign-in successfully in the right-hand pane, but when I open the Zoho tab the buttons "From Zoho", "Save" and "Save-As" all produce the same error message: "Error occured while getting files from zoho". I have inserted a number of buttons in my spreadsheets. When I insert / delete rows I have to move buttons into the correct position. However, no matter how many times I do this, the new position is not saved and on reopening all buttons are in the old position. HansViewing PDF files uploaded to Zoho Docs
Hi, just realised that I can't view PDF files that I've uploaded, I only have the option to download to view in an external reader. It's been a while since I've uploaded PDF files to Docs and I'm sure that I used to be able to view them online. Has anything changed? Also noticed that Google Docs that I open using the built in link to Google Drive can't be opened either. And when I download them it's in a format that my computer doesn't recognise. Hi, The question may sound very stupid but how do I creat a workspace? The FAQ indicates to "Click 'New' button from the top left side panel and select 'Workspace' option from the drop-down menu"... but there is no "New" button. And contrary to the pic that comes with the FAQ, I've no "Workspace" field listed below the "Share with Me" field in the left panel. I'm on the free plan, is it a limitation of this plan, not to be able to create any workspace? If yes, how can I share a folder structure ?Docs Sync on Linux
I've installed the x64 package of the Docs Sync app on Kubuntu 12.04 LTS. It work fine with one exception. Every time I logon to the computer I get the following message. Oops! In attempting to update a show with new images, I upload an image file to my library but then see a message stating "Parameter id is missing from request." Hi I have tried to create a simple hyperlink from Slide 1 to Slide 2 (and back) before doing anything else with this. However I have tried highlighting the text and clicking hyperlink / slides / slide 2 and tried selecting the text box and inserting the hyperlink. Both ways nothing happens?? Hey, I have a share.epsb. account, and I'm doing a presentation with Zoho, but there is a page popping up that is shown as gray, and I can't seem to get rid of it. Hello, I'm trying out workspaces in Zoho docs and also the sync application. In the webinterface It's all good to have the "All Files" as an option but in the Synced folder I get all files in the "Root folder" (IE X:\user\xxx.xxx\Zoho Docs\) and also the Worksapces folder and under that the files is in the right places. I was working on a document, and could not finish updating everything I needed when I closed the Doc. I started to leave a "comment" for myself to remember what I needed to update, and then remembered I could assign a task to a doc... Unfortunately, when I try I get a message that says I cannot assign task to myself... I believe I was able to do this in the past, but I could be incorrect. I have a Docs standard account with 250GB of storage. However, I am trying to sync some folders and I continue to receive failures on certain file types. I am using ZD as a backup for many of my home and family files, and I thankfully had a different copy on a portable storage disk that I made or I would have lost my son's Minecraft server files. I have documents in both folders and workspaces. I have been able to move documents (or what appears to be access / a copy of them) into a workspace, but recently I was consolidating a number of docs and uploaded them right into workspaces. I am in the process of trying to upload a final project portfolio for my Novel Writing class. I was told in order to be viewed, I needed to set permissions to public. I have tried to maneuver my way through Zoho and am still having trouble. I have created the project in Documents and need to make it visible to my class. Hello, the proxy configuration to be used in my company is a reference (URL) to a .pac script file. I just want to first say Zoho is an EXCELLENT online document management system. I initially tried it for free and then as I became more familiar with how Zoho docs work I purchased the yearly subscription for the upgrade version and overall I am very happy. It is a very reasonable cost given the capabilities/convenience.
