The process of zipping and unzipping files is very easy in Zoho Docs. All you need to do is select the files you want to zip into one folder, right click and from the drop down menu, select the Zip option. Your files will be zipped and shown under your documents list, immediately. And the same goes for unzipping files. Zipped folders can also be shared with you by other Zoho users, which will be listed in your documents. Hi there A few weeks ago I finished adjusting a code I had created in Excel to work with my Zoho Sheets file. I was very happy with the result, as far as I know you are the only online application that supports Excel VBA. When I opened the file today, after several weeks of inactivity, it returned an error in one macro which had not posed any problems when I worked with the file the last time. Anywho, here's the code that returns an error: Sub ClearEmpty() For k = 1 to 15 Worksheets(k).UsedRange.Select"You are currently on a Free plan. You cannot share documents with groups. After being subscribed for the past two weeks and be able to Share documents with Groups I suddenly get the above message today, telling me that I need to upgrade. So i love that Zoho docs has dropbox integration....my problem is that the default setting ( i guess ) was dropbox was set to sync automatically so now my zoho account is over its storage!! So I figured out how to turn it off but now I have to figure out where my dropbox files syncd to in order to delete the files. Any ideas?how to SYNCH a local foler on our network
Hello, We are in trial period and are looking for a specific feature. Lets say we have a directory on a local machine which has d:/pscl/folders We want an auto synch when we save file to d:/pscl/folders it should auto upload to our ZOHO account. Is this possible? No document management solution is complete without having the option of migrating data from existing infrastructure. Zoho Docs (paid version) has upload options but ; desktop option limits file size to 50MB; bulk upload allows bigger file size but the unzip command will not accept file size larger than 50MB. With no access to Webdav or CIF effectively one is able to migrate in chunks of 50MB - this is not a acceptable situtation for a business user. Good afternoon I have recently inherited our Zoho Docs project and part of this is to migrate our users away from Dropbox to Zoho, mainly for company security. I have been asked by our marketing department if file previews are supported. Due to the nature of our work, we will mainly be storing PDF and JPEG files. In a product folder there may be 20+ images and a single PDF. Hi all, I am currently testing Zoho for my company. All is fine except one thing. I tested the app for Android and it seems that the users can not see the workspaces within the app. Am I missing something? Hi, I like everything about zoho except.... 1. we have a 50-page presentation. If I make a change, though it shows up on the other's screens once they look for it, they do not move to that point in the doc automatically/their cursors does not move to where the change was made. Is there a way to make this happen? To be clear: I am on p 20 and make a change, someone else is on p 1. I have to tell them to go to p 20 in order for them to see that a change has been made. I would like it if ALL the docsQuestion: is there a way to have users comment, but not see each others' comments?

Hello all - This seems like it should be something really obvious, but damned if I can figure it out. When I log into Zoho Docs, there are only two files listed, both from this year. I have about eight older documents, which I can find if I search for keywords in them, or if I go into Writer and look at Open Recent. So I know they're there. But I have to dig for them, which seems odd - why aren't they listed with my more recent documents? How do I list them in Zoho Docs? I am completely ignorant when it comes to computers or anything like this. I am trying to make printable pages on the presentation portion of Zoho Docs. I need it to look like a regular 8.5x11 (vertically) page with the different shapes, colors, text, etc. that I am wanting to add. I am clueless to every detail in doing this. Please help!! Hi When viewing/editing my documents im getting the message "The server has encountered an error. Please try later" Can you please help? It only seems to happen on one spreadsheet my "accessories 5" sheet, but happens as soon as I scroll, type anything or jump between sheets. I just discovered that you cannot bring up a spreadsheet with these devices...either on the app or the website...you get a "We cannot process your request..." Im guessing that this happens becuase we cannot edit spreadsheets through an ipad....but not to be able to view it at least is crazy. Am I missing something here?I can't edit my presentation

I havent figured out how to do this yet so I dont think it can be done in Zoho...if it can, please forgive me! Hi everyone- So I was able to find the address that I need to use to email docs into Zoho...and it looks like it worked but it was my understanding that all docs emailed in defaulted to the INBOX folder....But a few hours later, its still not there.....but I see it in my ALL FILES location as being added TODAY.... When I go to see te properties of the two files that were transferred in today, here is no property that tells me what folder they are located in.. I recently had to upgrade to the latest and greatest Dreamweaver in order to change the security protocols when uploading to a website hosted by Yahoo. This other site: www.hdtpa.com no longer displays the spreadsheet in the Vew Teams. No changes have been made, it just stopped working.
