Check in/Check Out - Seeing the checked out docs
Hi there, I am trying to integrate Zoho into my development cycle. I have two questions: 1. When I check out a doc, I dont see any visual cue that the doc has been checked out. I need this, so that the team members can see that the doc has been checked out at a glance. 2. Is there a way for me to take a look at the whole list of docs that I (or any member in my team) has checked out? -SDrag-and-Drop Upload in Zoho Docs
Now, you can easily upload your documents to Zoho Docs. You can upload files by just dragging and dropping them from your desktop on to the desired folders in the "Personal Folders" section. You can also drag multiple files at once. There are no plugins needed for this feature to work. Hi there, I need to share a Zoho document with another person who does not have a Zoho account. I understand that I must use the 'Share externally' feature. I also understand that this is a premium feature. Which is all fine. My question is that by reviewing the forum I understand that there is a down load link provided to the user with no Zoho account. Hi there, I am finding quite a bit of conflicting information when trying to resolve a few issues. I have found a few forum posts that address my query, but then I usually find that the menu options being referred to are not present/available in my installation. The first query relates to whether it is possible or not to embed a Zoho spreadsheet into a Zoho document? Apparently I must publish the spreadsheet (done) and then select 'Insert HTML' from the 'insert' menu. There appears to be no 'InsertMerge presentations or slides in Zoho Show
Is there any way to merge 2 presentations into 1 in Zoho Show? I have a presentation that is larger than 30mb that I have split into 2, and I'm trying to merge them back together to display them. Is there any way to do this? I don't even mind copy/paste, but that doesn't seem to be working. At least, I'm not having any luck selecting multiple slides and using the copy button (browser is Chrome). Any ideas?Hyperlink in Presentations
I've used the hyperlink function in my presentation to create a hyperlink to a website. The text within the presentation changed color and became underlined. All looked like the hyperlink was successfully created! However, when I clicked on the hyperlink, the slide just advances. No new window opens. This occurs in "show" mode. Hello, I downloaded a free Zoho Docs for my iPhone 4 from AppStore. Then I signed up. iPhone said it was successful and prompted to login, showing my newly created id and stars instead of the password. Everything looked OK, so I tapped to login. 1. I got a message, that id and password do not match. Why? 2. I reentered id and password manually. The same result. So I signed up the second time requesting the SAME ID (I expected to get a message like this: "This ID is unavailable") 3. I am having a problem attaching multiple files to our workspace. I am using the "attach to zoho docs" option from our CRM's Email tab. Howto backup the data you have uploaded/created on Zoho Docs to your local PC ? Even though Zoho itself has daily backups on its own servers , true peace of mind can only come if I am able to backup and keep a copy offline in my custody. I have been trying to share a document with other email addresses And the emails say they were sent. I have noticed that the emails of the invited people aren't actually getting to the document that and I've also tested sending a shared document to my other email addresses so i know its not the email sever was shared so could there be away that the link to the document could be made only so the person is only allowed to open the other persons document like a demo but any other links they try to clickshare file to other people, not zoho user!

Problem with showing image after publishing I have a document, with an image in it. This image was imported from my own PC. The document is published externally and the image is shown normally in the published url. It does htis for years now. Until today. Now the image does not show up in the published page. Tried different browsers and different computers. I changed the image, so that it was loaded from an image on the web. Now when I use Firefox, the image is shown on the page, but in IE, the imageFirefox cuts docs

Hello, I have recently had some issues with the spreadsheets. After cutting a row, the data in all but one column was shift up in about 6 of the 70 rows. The row below the cut also was copied and pasted over the second row below the cut, deleting all of the data in that row. This is incredibly frustrating, and double my work time while trying to see what was incorrect and what was correct. Please tell me how to avoid this in the future. Also know that I have exhausted all user error possibilities.Offline mode?

Hi We've started using Zoho docs & using the plug-in to edit our documents in Word. When we try to save the edited document back into Zoho Docs (via the plug in) - the window for "save as" a new file comes up - which means we can't save the edited file in ts original location/ under the original name. This problem has only been happening the last few days. Up until then using the plug-in has been wonderful. Can you provide any suggestions? The resulting editing screen for each appears to be different. An uploaded MS-Word doc is edited in a different screen than a new one created in Writer. One has the Business logo, but I am confused as to their purposes.Linked images in presentations?

I am trialling the Standard Zoho Docs Account which I understand gives me the ability to create in excess of 100 folders within a Workspace.
