There is no "Import" button on the Import dialog box!
When I go to import a document, I do File, Import... and get an import dialog box with 3 radio buttons, the top one is the one I choose ("Browse from computer"). I hit the "Browse" button, and a Mac finder window opens and I choose my file. Its name is now put into the text box. Now What???? There's no "Import" button. So there I am, stuck with an import dialog box that's filled out, but IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING!!
MS PowerPoint (PPT) File Importing Not Working
It seems to me that you've made some changes about Zoho Show recently. Unfortunately I am seeing bad consequences. One is that now I cannot import MS PowerPoint (PPT) files. They are "imported", but it says they are being converted, which seems to never end.[/google]

call cell from other workbooks
Hi, Can I linlk cells from different workbook? (call reference to other work book). E.g I have two work books. orange.xlsx and mango.xlsx. both have sheets named like orangesheet1, orangesheet2...mangosheet1, mangosheet2 etc. My question is how can I link cell B5 in orangesheet1 to cell D70 in mangosheet2 This is done in excel some what like entering formula in B5, =[mango.xlsx]mangosheet2!D70 Can you please explain. Hi. I need to create a form and store it, and then email people the link. Then I want each person to open up the form, fill in information, and "save" as a new document, naming the document with their name: "smith, john" or "jones, suzy," etc. How can I do this? I open the document, make changes, but it only lets me save it back into the folder as itself. Thanks for any help. Clare
Incomplete download
I uploaded a corrupted Word file and opened it successfully. I deleted the images in it which seem to have caused the original problem, downloaded the revised file and was able to open it and see the Track Changes. However, the download is incomplete, only about 1,800 words of the original 5,000 words. How can I download the whole document?

As I am developing an automating script, it will be helpful if i find a way to upload the files through console rather than browser. Documents stuck in conversion
I imported a bunch of documents from Google Apps. When I try to view any of them I get "The preview of this document is being generated. It will be available after a few minutes". Well, it has a already has been a number of days and nothing has changed. This is using Opera, IE, Firefox, and my iPad so I don't think it has anything to do with my end. There seems to be some hang-up in the process of converting Google docs that someone might want to take a look at. It is affecting every document I have
can't open word doc that is 1.7mb in size
I uploaded a word doc to my folder and zoho docs just can't open it. Its 1.7mb in size. Other excel and word docs open fine but they are smaller in size. A 1.7mb file is not that big. The same file opens on windows live. I get an error message 'the preview is being generated and could take a few minutes. A few minutes would be too long even if it did open but it never does. using mac safari 5.1....

Ca not upload a document for a group
I havve created a number of groups and I would like to upload documents in to the group document area. Each time I upload however all documents are added to my folders area. When I go to the group tab it still says there are no documents. Any help is appreciated.
Upload 9gb in hundreds of folders to zoho docs
Our company is testing zoho docs. We need to be able to upload our projects folders which contains a bit over 9gb of data total spread across hundreds of folders. Can Zoho do this? From what I've read on the forum only option is to zip in files limited at 50mb and then unzip once uploaded. Needless to say, this is not a viable option. Forum posts were old so.... Anyone know the answer? thx marty

Only one account works
So we are a team using zoho docs for sharing spreadsheets. When we each use our own personal laptops there is no problem, however, when we use the common work computer there is: only the admin can successfully load up the "shared docs" folder and access the spreadsheet, whilst the others can log in but when they try to access that folder, it just says 'loading' indefinitely. Adding/Assigning Tags
I'm following the directions to add/assign tags to documents, but they are not showing up in the tag category that I have assigned them on the left side of the screen. What I'm doing is selecting the check mark box of the file I wish to tag. I then choose the tag that I wish to assign from the drop down menu. But when I click on that tag category on the left side of the screen, the document does not appear. I would really appreciate help on this. Thanks.
We are having lots of problems saving on documents created in Zoho.
We are working on documents that were created in Zoho and when it comes time to save, after a short or long time, the changes are not being reflected in the document and a lot of work is being lost and then repeated. This is happening from a variety of computers, different times of day etc. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

How to Alphabetize Docs?
I would like to start using Zoho Docs for my sales employees with all of our marketing material, applications etc. I started creating folders in my Personnel Folder and also in Workspace. But there listed in the same way as I created the folder. I cant find away to alphabetize the folders. Check-in/Check-out Option Not Apearing for Workspace Files
When I create a new file and add it to a workspace, I should be able to right click on the file in the workspace and select Check-In/Check-Out; however, this is not the case. The only time I've been able to get the Check-In/Check-Out menu item to appear is when I have uploaded a file (as opposed to creating a new online file). Is this the expected behavior? Check in/out when only one user account shared by multiple users
We have our account setup simply with one username and password that we share with our users who are not very tech savvy and won't created their own account. I need to have each one of them log in to edit a document. I tried using the check out feature and then logged in via a different browser and it also let's me edit the document at the same time. Is there a way to make it so only one person can edit the file even though we all log in using the same info? thanks Justin

I can't get participants to show up on my participant list or chat with them
I've made the presentation remote, shared the link with a participant and they've signed in & can view the presentation as I click through. They are able to chat/send/receive messages and view those messages from themselves and I - but their user name (whatever they've chosen to call themselves) and comments do not appear on my list of participants when I'm presenting, nor do their questions/comments appear on my participant list/comment bar section to the right of the presentation. Hope that makes

Searching Zoho docs with the Ning app
Hi! I'd like to start using Zoho docs to manage recipe collections in my foodie Ning forum, and search them for particular ingredients. But the Ning app seems to ONLY search the title of the document - not the contents, tags, etc. Am I doing something wrong? Or, is this something that could be added as a feature...? If it searched the contents it would be totally perfect for my purpose.
