DOC file doesn't load
I am a new user and I loaded some word documents to test zoho docs. The word documents are small files (69-88 kb)After clicking on them, either to view or to edit, it comes to the window that says: "The preview of this document is being generated. It will be available after few minutes." After several minutes it never loads. So I cannot view or edit within ZOHO docs. What is the problem? I uploaded a pdf considerably larger, it opens after a few seconds. The DOC files are available to dowload butmanaging documents with zoho document reader/space

Dear Zoho Docs Team Currently in the "My Tags" View, one has to decide between these four options: View : Uploaded files | Docs | Spreadsheets | Presentations Shouldn't there not also be the option "All Files"? And "All Files" should then also be the default view. Just a heads up this pops up when trying to upload a file in Debian Linux Lenny: No special characters such as :<>/%#&?', are allowed. In Browsers: Epiphany 2.22.3, Opera 10.10 Firefox is okay but Opera happens to be my main browser on my the Debian machines. We're trying to start a cross-cultural communication program for schools in the US and abroad: teachers might edit documents students post as part of this. I figure they may change the name of the document if they edit it since you need to download documents to edit them here apparently - is there any way to disable the name mismatch error should this be the case? Will there be a feature for documents to be updated on Zoho proper, or must they be downloaded and amended first?Disable Edit on Embed?

Hi, I have a spreadsheet that is used by my clients to manage their finances and budgets. I want to emebed this sheet on a website behind a login (my login not zoho login). Users will login using their email id and password as provided by me and come to their workspace page. On this page I have embedded their spreadsheet. I have managed to achieve this much. I'm having a problem in Docs when trying to write. Every minute or so (or every sentence or two) the cursor skips a letter behind where I'm currently typing, which pushes me back into the word by just one letter. Hi, I have an account with GoDaddy and I use their Online File Folder product to store all my documents in there. The Zoho Docs seems to work in a similar way however there is one funcionality that I miss. On the Online File Folder I am supplied with an email address that I can e-mail any kind of file and those attachments will be saved on a folder called "Dropbox" which later on I can login on the website and sort the files as I wish. I have spreadsheets set up and I'm the owner. When I make changes I can select 'share' and 'notify shared users' to let them know there is a change. However, when a member of the group makes a change, they go to the 'share' menu and all they have is 'notify author'. How can they send a notification to all shared users (i.e. the others in the group) and not just to the author? A colleague of mine has this working on his spreadsheet and we're racking our brains tryign to figure out why this isn't working.Cannot select documents from check box
The select all check box works fine. I cannot however select one or multiple documents with the checkbox. I click and no mark appears. I can right click the checkbox and then click outside the menu window that appears and for some reason a check will appear, but I cannot do this for multiple documents.
