Hi, I'm trying to set up something that I think is quite simple, as google has had this feature for ages, but I don't seem to be able to figure this one out.... I have several files that need to be shared between the group where everyone can access them and edit them. They are all working documents so they change quite a lot. I know that I can 'share' them in Docs, but this doesn't fit my purpose easily because my users do not all want to log into Zoho everytime they want to edit something.What are some of the relationships?
I suspect it's old age, but I'm a bit confused about some of the Zoho Application Relationships. Why is there Creator and a separate database? Why is there Docs and Writer, that seem just a bit different from each other? Why Planner and Calendar? Are there advantages to one over the other? I am hoping to use zoho as a teaching environment and part of my idea involves uploading three folders with several levels of folders and around 0.5g of files. I have tried uploading a zipped version of one of the folders but it won't unzip. I did the same with a single file and it is still in my workspace zipped even though I have used the zip facility. Reporting an issue when exporting a Zoho doc with comments as a Word Document. When the document is exported as a word document, some (not all) comments are appearing in the Word document of 16 pages. The comments stop appearing after page 5 in the Word document, however in Zoho, there are comments on all 16 pages. Is there some type of limit to the # of comments that can be exported? Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.Workspace bar greyed out
I have subscribed to the Professional service and so I should have access to Workspaces. However, when I go into, "My Workspaces", the button bar is mostly greyed out. All that is available are "Upload" and "Admin Console". Is this normal? How can enable the other buttons like Move, Copy and Delete? Request to add the viewer option into writer, show, sheet. This way after the document has been shared or made public it can be view for a certain time duration. These are for all documents created or uploaded into writer, sheet or show. And yes, it there other apps that can benefit with this option then please add to them too. I'm trying to add users to an existing group, but I'm getting an error. After I enter their email addresses in the box for the invitation and click the button to invite them, I get a pink bar at the top of the screen that says "An Error Has Occured." Hi, I cannot invite users to existing groups. - The user already exists in a different group. - I have tried to invite them from within the Contact module. - From within the All Contacts category, I used the "Add To" menu to add 'the selected contact' to the desired group. - I got the yellow box drop down message saying, "contact successfully added to group" - The user did not receive an invitation and the spam has also been diligently checked. - This should be very simple to do. Lots files i created theres days can't be find in search result. eg: i created a file named "97407-AE" in zoho write, and i saved. I can see the file when i click the folder in zoho doc. I am new to ZohoShow, and I am having a problem uploading images. When I clikc on the image upload icon, I am directed to a screen that says My Library, Flikr, and Picasa on the far left.
