Can't open .doc file
roughly 200KB .doc file, even I the file owner can't open it, only the following error message. and of course, no one in the shared group can open it neither {"parameterName":"RemoteUserName","errorCode":"PATTERN_NOT_MATCHED"}print screens

I have followed the given steps to create a new presentation and when it opens with a new slide, the area where the slide should open is pixeled and I am unable to get the slide into the work are to create it. Since there are many browsers out there, it's hard so support them all. I like using Google Chrome but found out today that Zoho Show does not support Google Chrome? At least not using the Remote API, does it?! Regards, Dickcan't access my presentation

HI I work as a lab instructor, recently I got my students to use Zoho Docs for a spreadsheet exercise. They shared the spreadsheet with me so I could view and mark it, it is working fine except that for some of the sheets I can save the edited version but for others I cannot. I have a Slide Show saved from Zoho Show. If I add anything to it - a Shape, text, or just some notes and save it, it states the presentation has been saved. If I close the window and then reopen that presentation, all my changes have vanished. If I change a slide, then copy it, a new slide is created. If I then save it and reenter the presentation, the new slide is there, but none of the changes made to either slide. Then, I cannot delete the new slide. I started a new presentation this morning, have added 10 slides, many of them with extensive notes. Now i see that almost all my captured notes have been lost. This is some hours work setback for me. Hi all, There are still many chinks in Zoho docs. One is it doesn't still support either .ods, .pdf or/and .ppt :( . Hello, Someone shared a worksheet document with me. I was given view and modify rights. I can see it in 'Shared to Me' folder. When I click on the document and/or icon, it pops up with 'document details' and a link on the document that says 'download'. I don't want to download, but I want to use Zoho Sheet to edit it, and have Zoho collaboration feature to keep track of the changes back and forth between the person that shared this document (the creator of the document) and me. Is there somethinghtml file?
