"Share this desktop" - Firefox (3.0.4) plugin inst
Clicking on the "Share this desktop" button while presenting in Zoho Show, I get an error message: Firefox could not install the file at ...meeting.zoho.com/agent/ZohoMeeting.xpi?-s%20meeting.zoho.com%20-k%2031... (long url continues) because: Install script not found -204 I'm using 3.0.4.Subfolder Support

Hi, I'm using Z Docs extensively thank you. It is a useful online tool. Are their any plans to implement simple DMS type features like those that Documentum solves....but is too top heavy. The feature I'm interested in at the moment is to be able to assign a document reference code/number to every doc I produce with Z Biz apps or import. I would then insert that code in the footer/header of the doc for reference when printed. If the recipient then refers to a particular doc using the reference code,Problemas

Hello Ahmed, We have someone in our team that is having an issue with her presentation reverting to the prior slide while she is presenting. She could be on slide 10, explaining the slide over the phone when, it will flip back to slide 9. We have someone that although we have deleted and re-shared a presentation with her over and over she doesn't get the veiw/edit rights. This prevents her from being able to conduct remote presentation. There are embedded links to images in the pages of the presentation if that may help with your understanding. 2. Is there any way we can lock our presentation so that after we have shared it the receiver cannot share it further?Sharing Docs
Hi, I have selected a doc to share with another known Zoho user. To test, when I log in as that other Zoho user (my other personality), the document does not appear anywhere in my 'shared to me' folders. I'm not sure how to update only selected records. At the moment when user select lets say 5 records in the view and execute custom function void dateformat.updateDate() { for each ordered in Orders[Ordered=="Yes"] { ordered.Order_Date=zoho.currentdate; ordered.Ordered="Yes"; } } It updates all records instead selected. Hi, I'm in the process of switching over from google docs to zoho docs and am noticing a big (for me) problem. I use spreadsheets to keep track of some student information and instrument inventories for my school. When I go to open a spreadsheet that I moved over from google, and go to open up another sheet within the spreadsheet, I get an error message that say something like "problem opening sheet" and the sheet won't open. This program is unusable to me. My husband is visually impaired so I have to use 800 X 600 resolution. I can't even see the whole page on my screen! Each time I use the program, I have to change resolution. How stupid. I can use Word with my resolution just fine without having to make any resolution changes. I have a class that is creating Shows. I originated the Show, shared it with them, logged out and they are editing their shows. (I do this so I can see the history) They are trying to import pictures from desktop (under the size limit, proper format) and it says "unable to import file". Here is the weird part. When I try to insert a photo into ANY of my Zoho Shows I find their pictures in my Image Library. Why are they unable to upload photos and have them show in the presentation? Thank you! Hi, Not that I'm a non-believer of the hosted Biz Apps concept, however my legal folks would like to have the ability to archive all of our online documents and download them periodically to our own site for local backup. RE: Downloading Documents: After opening Doc's, I can't get a file to open to edit it, etc. I have to go to Zoho.com, and open specific application to find file and open it. Greetings ~ I just started using the ZOHO Docs application and would like to be able to have users "check out" a document, work on it (make changes), and then load it back up as a new version. Is there a way to be able to communicate to other users that the document has been checked out and they should not download it and make changes? I have attempted to import both Powerpoint (.ppt) and Impress (.sxi) files without success. In both cases the presentation was less than 5MB (they were 1.9MB) and the file appears to transfer (verified with a protocol analyzer), but the import dialog "hangs" indefintely (I waited 1 hr. 45 min. after xfer before giving up). Attempt were made using Firefox v1.5.0.6 running on Fedora Core 4 with all updates. I am assuming that this feature is not yet functional. Does anyone have any information on theExported PDF file keeps getting messed up.
This is the first time I used the export feature so I don't know if I didn't follow the help steps right or if its a actual bug.
