I use Powerpoint at home to create quick and dirty storyboard for my independent films. What I do is draw a quick image (just pencil tool) in Microsoft Paint, select all, copy, go to Powerpoint, paste, make new slide, repeat process. I put any storyboard notes into the 'speaking notes' section of PPT. It's then easily sendable to other ppl and I can use MS Word to print the PPT presentation in a nicely laid out format similar to classic storyboard sheets. Wow!!!!! You're stuff is really great. Actually as a scientist I often need to communicate stuff in the form of block diagrams. It would be very convenient if I could subsequently click on them, and they would go to a paper for example. Or slightly more advanced, that I could define a widget that appears in that case, like an item box or option box (with icons as buttons). Thanks for your great work! Is the only way remote viewers can enter chat is if they "Request Remote Control" and are able to control the presentation? In Zoho Show the slides are limited to 20 seconds. My presentations are educational presentations. Some have more language than others. Hi Ahmed and the zoho show team. we have a presentation that is working really well for us. We give full view/edit rights when sharing and yet one person is having an issue where she only gets viewing rights no matter what. When she logs into zoho show in "my presentations" it is nowhere to be seen so she goes and opens it from shared to me and makes a copy and then she sees 2 copies of it in the my presentations folder. when she then tries to open it she gets a view only mode and can't conduct thetext not imported

Wanted to test which application is better, but was not able to since the text was not imported. Saved as ppt and tried to import it into zoho... It seems to me that you've made some changes about Zoho Show recently. Unfortunately I am seeing bad consequences. Exported presentations work fine locally. However, when they are put on the Web, they do not; when you click on "Click to view the presentation", the browser tries to find a "view.do" file, and fails to do so. I have created several presentations and always inserted images. Tonight I cannot insert any images. When I click on the icon in the tool bar, it just continues to say "loading"...even after I hit browse, find the file I want to insert, and click insert, it just continues to say "loading" and the image never appears on the slide. Does Zoho Show play audio & video embedded within a pps? If not, it's a pity this isn't mentioned in your description of the service, as I've just waited for nearly an hour whilst ZS converts my pps file into Show format - and according to some of the Forum posts I've been reading while I've been waiting, it probably won't play my presentation anyway. Hello, Zoho Show is just the most fantastic tool ever for giving average people the ability to present a visual presentation over the net without the attendee seeing the script. We love it and so does our team! The challenge we face is that here in Australia many people have varying ISP connections. We would never try to present to someone on dial-up as that appears to be totally impossible but we have an ongoing issue where 1 in 5 presentations have to be abandoned as the attendee cannot view theexport

I deleted some powerpoint files that I created/uploaded. They do not appear in my file list. However, others have told me these files are able to accessed by others. This is very serious. Let's say there is a copyright issue and I find out that these files should not be viewable or accessible. I then delete the files. They should disappear COMPLETELY from everyone's view once I delete them. They may still have been copied by some but the point of deletion should prevent any widespread use of thoseNext Page
