Hello, I would like to do an integration where the tickets that arrive on a desk environment end up in another Analytics environment. Is it possible to do this? I am trying to use Zoho Flow to create a record in a custom module when a deal is updated to Closed (won). I cannot figure out how to get it to recognize that stage. Hello, I'd like to narrow down the times that a flow is triggered ie: instead of having the flow execute every time a deal is updated, execute the flow only when a deal stage is changed from "Offer Submitted" to "Offer Accepted". New to Flow - working on a connection between Gmail and Zoho CRM

It works when I send a test email from another Gmail account, but when I try from a different email (work, using Outlook), it's reading the email address incorrectly and says that the input type isn't 'email.' I need to be able to create a bare-bones lead in CRM from a form where the email address is the only information requested. This is to make it as easy for the customer to complete the form as possible. When creating a new Lead in Zoho CRM, I also need to supply an Account and LastName. As I do not have this information, I can place a dummy Account name, such as TempAccount in the Account field. However, the LastName field will need a unique name. Flow working after lead deletion
Hello, I have a flow set up that checks the status of a lead after a 4 hour delay and then emails the results. I've found that if you create the lead and delete it then the flow will still happen. Didn't know if this was a bug or I'm doing something wrong?

Is it possible to pull the actual Account and Contact names from a Desk Ticket instead of their IDs?
I'm getting familiar with the Flow triggers to find out what kind of data can be transferred from a Desk ticket to a form on a Creator application. It seems like that only the "ID" numbers of the account and the contact fields on the Desk ticket are defined as source fields on the target action in Flow. Will these fields be displayed on the Creator application as the actual names of those account and contact fields or will they only be transferred as the id numbers of them? Is this issue caused by
2 Feature Requests: Captions for Flow Actions/Notes
It would be VERY USEFUL to see captions to each flow action! Allow the users to label flow branches so that they don't get confused or lose track of what they have done. Instead of simply seeing identical and confusing "Create or Update Module Entry" for every action in every branch of a flow, you should see for example "Create or Update Module Entry: Contacts, UserID" or something visible on the diagram. Incorrect decision outcome
Hi There, My flow is triggered by a new Lead in CRM. It goes through an initial decision and posts a message to Slack depending on the type of request (a field in the lead form). Then it goes through another decision to check whether the 'newsletter' option has been checked on the Lead form. At this point it always uses the default outcome rather than the correct outcome. Whenever I use the Condition block, it displays the same operator a few times. Why is that? In this screenshot you can see quite a few duplicates. equals, equals(case-insensitive), etc.. equals shows multiple times. Why?
Drop down fields from Mailchimp not shown?
When I use Flow to push subscribers to a Mailchimp list the module only lists free text fields and not drop down list type fields. Am I doing something wrong? I have made the drop downs visible in Mailchimp but I still don't see them. Thanks
Crashing when trying to save (Trigger=Webhook)
Hey all! Scenario: Created a flow triggered by a webhook that is attached to a button on my zoho crm leads module in order to create a module entry on zoho crm and fetch details from leads module. Problem: 1. Tested connection succesfully and received complete payload 2. Created flow and assigned payload which was correctly mapped 3. Click on SAVE BUTTON: CRASHES 4. Click on TEST AND DEBUG: CRASHES This only happens when trigger is a webhook.

Flow to create invoice in Quickbooks when deal won in Zoho CRM
Hi I would like to create an invoice in Quickbooks Online when a salesperson moves a deal to the "won" stage in Zoho CRM. A couple of questions. 1. How do I set up the trigger when the stage is set to "won" as I don't see this in the list of triggers? 2. Can I easily pass a custom field in the CRM deal, the account name, the account address, the contact name and the contact email to QuickBooks? I keep getting a "Module limit exceeded" error message when trying to turn on different flows. Is anyone else having this issue? I can't figure out the problem and have tried the following: 1. I am testing the Shopify Create Customer function and it works quite good. I need however to send automatically the invitation email from Shopify after creation and I having troubles to achieve it. Add note to Contact when Stripe payment is processed.
I am trying to configure Flow to add notes to contact files when a charge is processed in Stripe. (Amount, Date, Etc). "Add Note" doesn't work as you have to choose a specific contact. I need this Flow to work with all contacts as we charge all of out contacts through Stripe. So the workflow should fetch the contact via the unique email address in Stripe/CRM and then make the note. Any ideas?
Checking for existing emails in a Zoho Campaign prior to calling integration
Hi gang, The current Zoho Campaign integration for Flow only supports "Add Contact." (As opposed to Update or Add Contact) Most of the time that is fine. However, if the contact already exists in the Campaign List, the flow will return an error. That is proving to be a problem for one of my flows. I am looking for a way check to see if the person is already on the Zoho Campaign list (by looking up their email). If they are on the list, then I will not continue the flow to call the "Add Contact"
Accessing the results of a Zoho Survey response in Zoho Flow
Hi there. When I wire up a Zoho Survey as the event in Zoho Flow, the survey data is contained in a string of values called 'survey.' I am trying to obtain specific value from this the 'survey' string for use in following Flow steps. For example, in the Zoho Survey I have a field called 'email' and I wish to use the value of that email field as the 'To' entry of a send gmail aciton in the flow.
