GOOGLE CALENDAR AND ZOHO CALENDAR NEED TO HAVE AN INSTANT-SYNC FEATURE
The fact that you can sync Zoho w/ Google calendar is great, BUT, who can wait 2 hours (minimum allowable time on Zoho right now) to get everything synced up? In my business I'm on appointments all day long and things are changing, schedule is changing so I need instand updates between my calendars. I can't be the only one frustrated with this, right? Zoho pretty please create an instant-sync feature between zoho calendar and Google calendar! Thanks! Kat
Associate Google Event with Zoho CRM Contact
I would like to request an option to associate the event synced from Google Calendar to the related contact. See the flow below. create an event in Google and invite a contact that is also/already listed in CRM; after creating the event add the contact using his/hers email address to invite himher for the event; Next Google calender to be sync with Zoho CRM and show tthe event under the contacts Open Activities in CRM.
