Hi, If a question on my zoho form has been answered 'yes' I would like to be able to include a paragraph of information on my pdf email response. If it was answered 'no', then I don't. Hi, I have integrated my Zoho form with a google spreadsheet so when I update a form its relevant fields gets updated into that specific google spreadsheet. Here is the intresting part -- when I EDIT my updated form then its modification reflects in Zoho Database (All Entries of Form) but that change doesn't reflect in my Google Spreadsheet. Hi I run a dental practice and patients use Zoho forms to fill in their new patient details. We have situations where a family of 2-4 comes in at the same time and require to fill in the form individually. Currently, we have set up so that when they select that they are with their family and submits the form, same form will pop up for the other person to fill the details. It works all fine. The problem is the following: I created a Zoho forms account, then the IT manager created a forms account. Then he paid the fee for a month and tried to add me as a user to his list. I'm trying to create an internal 'Leave Request' form, that would preferably go through the Approvals process. The issue is that there are 25 possible supervisors, and I can't think how to do this, because Zoho asks for one specific approver. Notifying the supervisor would be ok - is there a way to do this without asking the staff member to enter the supervisor's email address? (i.e. an email dropdown?) Hello, I have a two step approval process for leads, which involves filling out two forms. The first form creates the lead, and I get a notification for this. However, when the lead completes the second form, the original record is updated, and I am not getting a notification when this happens. I need to be notified when a lead record is updated. Salutations! Is there a way to limit the days that people can enter, so they can only choose dates that are more than 2 days out? We need a 2-3 day lead time for orders, so we don't want users being able to select today, tomorrow, or the next day on the form (ie. current date +2). I created a form. I want another user to be able to edit it. He logs into forms. He does not see my form. He and I are both enabled to use forms. On the upper right, if you click on 'ogranizations' button, our company is checked on both of our computers. I can see how to transfer ownership of the form. The setting in email & notification section "Include a link to allow respondents to edit their responses" But they can't edit without access as form's admin, how can?!
