Update Existing Lead
Hi, I have been trying to update an existing lead in Zoho CRM using a Zoho form that is created for this purpose. We may have multiple leads with the same email, phone, last name...etc. so How I can use lead Id to update the right record? Kind Regards, Monther
Question about Zoho Forms/
We recently found that we can create forms from the Zoho campaigns and Zoho CRM (Leads module) Our goal is to create forms that can be embed in our Wix website, but we are not sure if we should be using Zoho forms - Zoho Campaigns forms- or Zoho CRM forms. If anyone have experience with forms I would like to hear your recommendations.
IPAD: Is there a way to change or add to the design on mobile?
The desktop version has lots of customization, including the ability to add your own images such as a adding your company logo at the top of the form. However, my iPad only shows a plain template with ability to only change the accent color. What are the limitations for the app version of these forms? and if I purchased the basic plan, will I be able to at least see my companies logo at the top of the form? What I see on my iPad.
Compact forms
Ok, is there a way to make the forms compact? They take up way too much space and you know it's just not as professional as it should be (it makes you look like you are an amatuer playing at having a business). How about we get a design that looks like this is a real business and not a freaking game?

Zoho Recruit -> Zoho Forms Integration Sadly Missing
I was looking at the new Zoho forms, and sadly there was no integration option with recruit. I was looking for a way to map fields from Recruit into the form. Then have it setup so that once a form was submitted, I could have a field updated in Zoho Recruit, as well as have a PDF of the signed/executed document archived in the candidate record, as well as e-mailed to the candidate and recruiter. The goal being to automate the forms collection process from candidates (RTR's, HR/Onboarding forms, etc.).

Hi within forms I have created a new name for my pdf, but the pdf that is copied into google docs is still called the form name. I cannot find where to change this or why it doesn't work? Can you help
Trigger CRM workflows in Forms
Hi there...is there any documentation about how Forms integrates with the Zoho CRM...specifically the "Trigger CRM workflows" checkbox? What would happen if that box were not checked...would Forms not update fields...or I am not sure where in the CRM to specifically mention a CRM workflow? I know the CRM can initiate a workflow when a field is updated, but can I find out the documentation on this more specifically? Thanks!

Creating a Zoho Helpdesk Form
Good day, So, the following workflow is what we want done in our Zoho desk. We created a form in Zoho Forms (that contains attachments), we want to integrate it with Zoho Desk. There are several problems with Zoho Desk integration (mandatory fields are name, but you can only select either first name or last name from the form fields). The other issue is that you can't add the attachments or the PDF snapshot of the form. I've tried various ways of making it work (through integration, email, zapier)

Payment on Zoho forms
Hi I have created a Zoho form for a charity event. I want to submit the form for approval, then if it is approved, return back to the form to take the payment. I can provide a link in the email to edit the form but is there a way to make the payment details only show once the form is approved, and can i open the form with the original details on it? I could not use the form approval status, so i created an approval status field, but then i cannot hide this in the form from the original applicant

How to make merged docs from Zoho Docs save as well as send by email
I created a Zoho Forms form which, once submitted will send a notification email with a merged document (created through Zoho Docs) attached - this is working fine, but I expected the merged doc to also save in Zoho Docs when it was created, but I can't find them anywhere? I can't seem to find an option to save my merged document anywhere when it is created, only manually - is there any way to set up automated saving of the merged documents somewhere? Thanks! P

Multiple errors when attempting to submit forms.
I've attached some screenshots to show a few of the different errors that my employees are receiving on a daily basis when attempting to submit their forms. How to update integrated google spreadsheet after editing zoho form entry?
Hi, I have integrated my Zoho form with a google spreadsheet so when I update a form its relevant fields gets updated into that specific google spreadsheet. Here is the intresting part -- when I EDIT my updated form then its modification reflects in Zoho Database (All Entries of Form) but that change doesn't reflect in my Google Spreadsheet. I want my google spreadsheet to shows the modified form. Can anyone help me to achieve this. Thanks, Tanseer

Today we learned about Zoho and we are very enthusiastic about the product and would like to start using it. We also paid a subscription fee for 1 month to test things. Changing the approver based on a form answer
I'm trying to create an internal 'Leave Request' form, that would preferably go through the Approvals process. The issue is that there are 25 possible supervisors, and I can't think how to do this, because Zoho asks for one specific approver. Notifying the supervisor would be ok - is there a way to do this without asking the staff member to enter the supervisor's email address? (i.e. an email dropdown?) Notification when Lead Record is updated
Hello, I have a two step approval process for leads, which involves filling out two forms. The first form creates the lead, and I get a notification for this. However, when the lead completes the second form, the original record is updated, and I am not getting a notification when this happens. I need to be notified when a lead record is updated. With dropdown boxes and so on, can you link them to a global list? For example, we want to hold a number of events in the dropdown box and it is continually updated.
Can you copy and paste a page within a form?
I have been looking at trying to copy/duplicate a whole page within a form. I can't see how I can do this without having to add all the data in again. This is very time consuming. Any help would be great.
