Who submitted form?
Is there any field which identifies the user who has submitted the form? I have setup integration with google drive, but I need a way to know which user submitted which data.Which Extension to link with forms
Which would be the best zoho extension to use for the following: We currently use forms to Input data, the data is moved along a workflow within the form as we use a 'status' field. Once we change the status of a record it is then easy to filter and create a basic report, however it means creating multiple reports in some instances as the reports function doesn't allow me to set multiple filters easily. I would like to easily be able to generate full overview reports. Any advice/coaching greatlySignature attachment does'nt work
Hello we use zoho form to capture our leads. But we need some customization therefore I use the DOWNLOAD HTML/CSS version of the form. Everything works well except that the signature attachment is not working. We hook in our signature attachment to google drive, but after successful send it does not print out the signature. NOTE: Using the public shareable, or iframe version of the form it works well. I believe I've followed everything instruction from css/js and index.html it just doesn't work.Copy and paste fields?
Hi, I'm building a form using the form builder. Please can somebody tell me if there's a way of copy and pasting certain fields? I.e. I'm building a client fact find. I want a question that says 'is there another applicant'. Build a rule to say if yes, then it asks all the same questions for applicant 2. Hi, I am trying to create a form that would have a hidden field populated automatically by the url I send to people that should fill the form. So, assuming my form is located in address http://myform I would like to send an address lilke http.//myform?hiddenfield=1234 As long as I have the hiddenfield visible, everything works smoothly. but once I try to hide the field, the value is no more stored by the form. I created a form in ZOHO Forms using the user admin@goldenyearsplus.com and I tried to add the user ddb@goldenyearsplus.com. Hi, Title says it all really. I've built a 3 page form which is to be used on an Android tablet. The most complex parts are a matrix with 3 columns, and a signature field. On the Android app when I test I get 'New features on the web are still under development in the app. You can't view them here, but we're working on it'. Hi I am building my application form. One of the field require applicants to type biology but no more than 450 characters. After I set this field's property: Range to min 1 ~ max 450 characters, I tried to test if it works. Unfortunately it doesn't work. I tried to paste over 500 ~ 1000 character in this field, but the form didn't check or pop-up any warning. The form just pass to another page. I have built an delivery confirmation form and my client would like to send the email notification to the client as opposed to the PDF that is automatically generated (the spacing in the PDF means that the form output takes 6-7 pages instead of 2-3 in the email). I use Google forms now and I can use the radio button options and based on which option selected when user clicks next they are taken to a specific page. I can't figure out how to do this in Zoho Forms. These two security features are available to those forms embedded into Zoho Creator for mobile apps. So I thought Zoho Forms would include these too.
