We need to be able to upload a long list of products which a "host" selects three products from, using either a drop down or checklist. Is this possible? How can we then enable a third party (i.e. host) gain access to this information? Can we create a password protected area for them too see this information?Custom URL Redirection
When using a custom URL for redirection to a thank you page, Zoho Forms in not fully redirecting but only embedding the redirection into the same frame as the form was located. This is not correct redirection. It should completely redirect to the new page. Any thoughts?Import Dropdown-Values
Dear Developers, a customer would buy an premium account in the next time and it would be very helpful if you add a possibility to import values for a dropdownlist, because we have bigger dropdownlist and if you have to entwer every choice separately it's a lot of work. Maybe you add some link to Import dropdown-values. Dear Mr/Mrs, I would like to if it is possible to create a hyperlink leading to a new tab in a browser. Instead of using the current tab. Now when I have entered all data into my form and when I press the URL link, the form disappears and my linked page shows up in that tab. I want it to show up in a new tab. Scenario: Using Zoho Forms with multiple file attachments and with Google Docs integration enabled. Question: How/where are the attached files stored on the Google side upon form submission? I SWEAR when I was testing earlier, I got a URL link embedded in the target Google Spreadsheet to the attachment. Hi, I'm using Zoho Forms to share a form which has now tens of entries. The size of the PDF file exported from the entries is about 80 Mo. The download works well, but impossible to open the PDF file after that (certainly corrupt). I've tried several times but still the same problem. Is there a way to fix it? Hey, In my line of business I often need to have costumers sign forms. However, we are usually filling out the forms for them and fax them for signing. Hello All, New to Zoho so I was wondering if someone could help me out here. Our company currently uses JotForm for all form collections. The biggest reason for doing so is that JotForm allows for the user who submits the data to edit that data regularly via an edit link that gets auto generated and Emailed to them after they submit responses in a form. Does Zoho support a similar behavior of any sort? If so, how do I go about empowering the user who submitted the data via a form to easily editCan we please get the ability to duplicate forms?

Hi all, I noticed that, some users to which I have shared my form, are creating new entries (records) in the table; each time they visit the form; where in fact their aim is only to edit their previously entered own record. It is a simple "event registry" form, to which a person first says "No, I am not able to come" and, sometime later he wants to say that "Yes, I will come". I have a form built in Zoho Forms. Very simple email collection and photo for a golf tournament. My rule is once a form is submitted send an email to the address provided and include the user submitted data. In this case it's the photo taken. My problem is the information for the photo is only the name of the photo and not the actual photo. I login to my Zoho CRM (web and mobile) with my Google Apps account. I am trying out Zoho Forms now. I was able to get into it on the web with my Google Apps account, but when I downloaded the iOS app I don't see an option to login with a Google Apps account. Can anyone help? I have changed the superuser email address to a new one. The new one shows up in my profile. However, in the Forms section, when I try to use the new email address for notifications of a form submission, the old one is the only one that shows up in the list. Hi , I've just started testing Zoho Forms. I took a copy of the Form Bug tracker to test. When I upload a jpg file of 64kb and afterwards push the button submit , it takes several minutes before the form is submitted and the data is imported. When I test the form without a file upload , the submitting part is fast. I also tried it with another form , where I just have to upload a file. The file was 1.5MB and was never imported.
