I am hoping someone from the community can help me out because at the moment, it doesn't seem like inventory/books/CRM system can actually show items availability to sell information quickly and I am a bit baffled. I am new to Zoho, tech-aware but likeUnable to Authorize and authenticate calls.
I was trying to consume Zoho APIs but it seems that the authentication is not working and we are unable to get the access token. Anyone like to suggest the best website platform for syncing to Zoho Inventory? We DO NOT want to sync stock, only orders. Shopify - not an option as we have more than one website and Shopify requires 2 accounts and Zoho will not sync with 2 different accounts. We have Shopify integrated with Zoho Inventory and for the most part it works well. Once we got a script going that automatically creates packages from Sales Orders that come in from Shopify. But having to manually reconcile Shopify payouts in our bank account with the correct Invoices is TEDIOUS! Firstly, the amounts aren't the same due to the processing fees they charge.
